My husband and I rented this condo for 5 weeks. It was one of our best vacations ever. the condo was clean and had everything you need. The location is perfect! The beautiful beach is only a 2 minute walk. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance as well as the best grocery store in the area. If you wanted to wonder off there were plenty of taxis available, so there was no need to rent a car. This is one of the best areas on Sosua to be located. I had a wonderful time at the condo! You can walk down to the beach, stop at the water front and have a drink. walk to baileys for dinner, all with in 2 blocks! the condo is clean and comfortable. Dealing with Dee is a absolute joy! I have stayed at Dee's properties before and will stay future! Great condo, great vacation!Owner response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Great location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, night life, and shopping. The condo is furnished with all necessary items. Stayed 3 weeks and it was very quiet. Only issue was the mosquitoes....not the owners fault! Take lots of spray for yourself.Owner response: Thanks for the nice review. Looking forward to your next return.

everything was great!!! all the staff were perfect. the condo was fantastic couldnt ask for better. The only issue we had was at the house where the security there made my wife feel bad because they asked to keep her I.D> at the gate. She stated it made her feel like a street walker even though we were there together and married and on the rental contractOwner response: Thank you for moving to my villa for the last night of your vacation. The location was perfect, walking distance to 2 beaches restaurants and supermarket. We also rented a car and drove to las terrenas with the guidance of your villa attendant Jesus. Dee,we really enjoyed our stay at your very nice condo. We ate out at Bailey's and Brittania. The beach was grest with hugh waves on Friday. Jesus and the security guard, Daniel were extremely helpful and welcoming. The pool was a great place to relax away from the heat of the beach. A great get-away! Thanks. This was our third stay at your condo, there is always someone maintaining the property and it is so clean. You feel so safe they have 24 hours of security, the guard is always there to help if you need anything, very pleasant to talk too. The condo itself is beautiful, very large bedrooms, very nice bathrooms and the kitchen has everything you need. The patio has lots of room and is very beautiful, love sitting there in the morning and having my breakfast. The pool is very clean and great to soak up some sun. It is close to everything you need, 1 minute walking to the beach or 5 minutes to Sosua Bay Beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping or bars everything is 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The condo itself is very quiet at night that is the only downfall if you go with a bunch of people. Love the location and the condo and would stay there again and would recommend it to other people. Dee/Steve, Thank you very much for the use of your condo during my recent vacation. Everything about the condo was fantastic. The furnishings made me feel at home. The location is prime...close to the beach, stores, and the Sosua nightlife. Yet, it was far enough from the Sosua nightlife that it was nice and quiet when we wanted to stay in and catch some college basketball. My buddy and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and can't see staying anywhere else when we return to Sosua. Thanx again! ScottRecommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Hello, my son and I rented this beautiful condo in January of 2011. It was very clean and quiet. A great place to stay with such a close walk to restaurants, beaches, and shops. The only drawbacks were quite cool showers and the people in a condo above were smoking a cigar, which made it quite unpleasant at time to sit outside on the patio. PaulaRecommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
