Quiet, end of cul-de-sac location. Stunning, Non-Smoking, four bedroom house with three and a half bathrooms. Private pool overlooking beautiful lake.Not overlooked. Fiber optic pool lighting, fountains. Poolside summer kitchen with grill, sink, and refrigerator. Two excellent sized master suites, with walk-in dressing rooms.Each Master Suite has a King bed ,each master bathroom king bath tub and twin sinks. Cable TV with movies. 56" main TV with Video/DVD player. Extensive video library,DVD selection. Also book library. . TVs with VCRs in masters, TV with DVD and TV with PlayStation in twin bedrooms. Each room has ,in addition to full air conditioning, an overhead ceiling fan. This includes the pool deck !!!
The house has two distinctive living areas and a seperate dining room as well as an eat in kitchen. The house is very large more than 2600 sq. ft and more than 3,500 sq,ft if you count the much used outside space.
Our house is near enough to the Disney Parks to allow you to return home in the afternoon for a well earned rest and then return in the evening if you can drag yourself away from the private pool and barbeque.
The Formosa Gardens shopping Plaza is about one mile from the house. It boasts several restaurants including Outback,Red Lobster,Chinese.Italian and a new Sushi Bar. A new addition also is the crazy golf course.
Ample pool furniture is provided with children's equipment. Sunset Lakes is a gated community with community pool and children's play area just two minutes walk away from our house.The lake has a Lakeside gazebo with fishing which is literally a few steps from our house.
There are approx.20 golf courses within a very short distance from Sunset Lakes including Orange Lake which boasts 3 championship courses and Falcons Fire.

We bought our house because of the privacy the lake at the rear offers and also the security of
Sunset Lakes. Being so near to the Disney Parks of course was a big plus.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Guests at our house find a spacious well catered for home. Some homes on Sunset Lakes are
exactly the same size as ours but have been modified to five or six bedrooms. We like the
extra space of having just four bedrooms in our house. Being on the lake and also so near
the fishing pier,tot lot ,community pool is so convenient for our guests.

I just have to start by saying, that I was totally stunned on driving up & walking into the property how well presented & big it really is!! It was a pleasure to stay there & the whole family really didn't want to go home again. Being in a gated community makes you feel extremely safe & the property has such stunning views over the lake! It was so lovely to wake in the morning just as the sun rose through the master bedroom window & then watch the sun set from over the other side of the lake. The property has everything you need for a perfect time away from it all & it's so peaceful! The owners have equipped it so that nothing is amiss & you feel so very much at home, as soon as you walk through the door. My teenagers never got bored because of the games room & playstation! We found it to be the perfect distance away from all the attractions & easy access to the major roads if you want to travel further afield. We would love to go back in the future!!!

After much much searching and shortlisting, I selected this Villa for our 2 week Florida holiday - none of us were disappointed in the slightest. The booking process was very well handled and it was easy to secure the booking and communicate with the owner. Upon arrival we were blown away with the Villa, it has been very nicely decorated and very well furnished. Everything is in good condition and it seems every conceivable need has been catered for. Whilst we stayed, we used most of the Villa's facilities and everything worked and worked well. The pool area is lovely and we had a couple of BBQ's at the Villa and used the outside kitchen facilities whilst the kids messed about in the pool. The A/C is quiet and very effective, the bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds with plenty of bed linen and loads and loads of towels. The final word goes to the Villa location, it is about 10 minutes away from Disney and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely gated Villa community. I am hoping to stay again when we next visit Florida.

Our family loved the location of this clean and spacious home in the Sunset Lakes community. The east and partially south-facing pool with a spacious deck and plenty of lounge chairs made for a very relaxing outdoor experience. The website pictures are exactly as we found upon arriving! This home is very tastefully decorated and the games room was hit for kids and adults alike. We experienced difficulties with the pool heat upon arriving and the community pool was closed during our stay for upgrades; otherwise our rating would be 'excellent'. Both the owner and the management company were great to work with to get the pool back up to working order. It also helped that is was sunny and warm every day!! This home is ideally located for people who want to commute to Disney and other local attractions but far enough away that the noise from US192 can not be heard! The view of the lake is spectacular. There are lots of great restaurants and grocery stores closeby. I would highly recommend this property to other families....but not the 2nd week of March as it is reserved for our family again for 2012!

We stayed here over Christmas/New Year. The house is lovely. Very spacious. Spectacular views over the lake and next to the fishing dock. Would love to stay here again.

Had a fantastic time at Sunset Lakes, house was fabulous. The 2 ensuite bedrooms were huge with really comfortable beds.Living accommodation was fabulous with a huge plasma tv and every appliance you could think of in the kitchen. Ample room for 8-10 people Pool was perfect with views across the lake, you could see the fish jumping out of the lake, and the resident ducks would come to visit each day, also on the day we were leaving, a turtle came out of the lake and laid eggs right outside the the pool netting and then went back into the lake, amazing! Excellent location too for Disney, and all other attractions and shopping, by far the best property we have stayed at in Orlando. Will definately be returning in the future.

very comfortable and spacious villa - peaceful location with beautiful views of the lake - ideally situated for Disney parks and lots of restaurants on the nearby 192 main road - Bruno's particularly recommended for great Italian food - kids loved the pool and games room - would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends and would love to return one day
