Stupendous, five-bedroom, contemporary oceanfront, single-family home built high on dunes in Loveladies, Long Beach Island at the Jersey Shore with fantastic unobstructed endless views of Atlantic Ocean and Barnaget Bay. House is nicknamed "Dreamscape". Roof-top deck provides fantastic endless views up and down the entire island including views of Barnaget Lighthouse.

This lovely beach house was recently renovated and refurbished with all new ceramic and marble bathrooms with new fixtures PLUS NEW FURNITURE and Brand New Ceramic/tile kitchen. All living areas have ceramic tile floors with Pergo wood in all bedrooms. New furniture throughout home. Home has brand new 2 zone central air conditioning, dumb waiter, garage, and numerous large decks.

House stands alone on the sandy beach with nearest neighbor over 200 feet away providing a wonderful feeling of privacy. Tennis courts are nearby within 200 feet from house. Lifeguards patrol beach directly in front of home for safety.

House is rented weekly In Season from mid May to September and is available weekly or for extended getaway weekends for couples or family gatherings or small groups from October to May.

Rentals In Season range from 7000-$11,000 per week. Off Season rates range from $2400-$3600 for weekend getaways.
