Calypso Point is a quaint, cottage-style house with vintage details with an adjacent carriage house in a private, gated community of only 34 homes. Its location in the Dune Allen area of Santa Rosa Beach is unsurpassed for convenience, within a ten-minute drive of Sandestin and the largest designer outlet mall in the country, and adjacent to the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club. The unique shops and restaurants of Gulf Place and concerts and other activities on the green are within walking distance. Seaside, with its brick streets, unique boutiques, and Victorian cottages, is a ten-minute drive down the road.
This Gothic cottage was built in 1997 and offers hardwood floors and soaring, vaulted, tongue-and-groove board ceilings in the living area and nine-foot ceilings on the first floor. Four bedrooms in the main house sleep 11 comfortably in one king, one queen, three twins, one queen-size sofa bed, and twin/trundle that can be converted to a full-size bed. The two-level (spiral staircase between floors) carriage house offers one bedroom and sleeping porch, kitchen/living area, full bath in a designer furnished compact, yet stylish arrangement that sleeps six maximum in one queen-size bed, one twin and trundle, and one queen-size sofa. Three full baths in the main house and a full bath in the carriage house, as well as two outdoor showers makes for ample after beach bathing opportunities.
The main house was completely furnished with all new furniture in 2004. There are five TVs and five VCR/DVDs in the main house and two TVs with VCR in the carriage house. Main house has Fast Access Cable Internet. Parking for a maximum of five vehicles is available. Additional cars may be parked at the pool across the street.
A community pool, third-floor roof deck with views of the Gulf, covered deck with patio furniture perfect for eveing barbeques, and 250 steps to the beach access make this the perfect getaway for that family vacation or reunion.

Additional Rate Information:
* $125 Cleaning Fee - Main House.
* $75 Cleaning Fee - Carriage House.
* Plus 11% Taxes apply. $100 discount given for renting both houses for a full week
Season Dates are as follows:
* Spring is March 01-March 13; April 24-May 22.
* Spring Break is March 13-April 24.
* Summer is May 22-July 03; July 10-August 14.
* Peak Summer is July 03-July 10.
* Fall is August 14-October 30.
* Winter is October 30-February 28.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
