The pool house was all that I had hoped; well-placed, cozy, and exactly as pictured! The location is ideal and having a private off-street parking spot was a true perk in this city! Once we parked, we really never used the car...we were able to easily walk to all the sites in town as well as all of the restaurants. We felt like we were entering our own private villa when we entered the gate! The pool house has all the amenities we were looking for; small kitchen area for coffee, etc., a comfortable living area for relaxing, and a quiet, comfortable bedroom area and bath upstairs. Thanks for a lovely stay! Your property is a real gem!

After spending a weekend at Folly Beach my girlfriends & I wanted to come and stay in the heart of Charleston. We stayed at this amazing guest house that was immaculate & all together awesome. The premises itself is beautiful. The sitting area outside w/the lap pool was a nice added touch. We even got to meet the owner of the house in front, who was pleasant & friendly & welcoming. We loved staying here. The only problem was initially finding the location because of the alleyway, but once we found it our stay was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

The pool house was exactly what we were looking for. We were very comfortable - more than we would have been in a one-room hotel especially since it was 2 floors and has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The house is very private and cozy. I liked that the kitchenette, laundry area, stairs and half bath were all behind separate large doors. It felt kind-of like a cruise ship. The house had all the amenities you would expect in a large hotel and more - shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, kitchen soap, towels, etc. We walked to restaurants and shops most days. There is a private parking spot as well. The pool house is priced very reasonably. I would much prefer to stay here than any hotel. So glad I found it!

The pool house is absolutely the perfect place to stay in Charleston. Great location, right in the middle of downtown, steps from historical charleston, one block away from restaurants and shopping. The house is very comfortable, clean, cozy, and private. Perfect if you are travelling solo, with friends, or your family. I will definitely be back.

This immaculate cottage is tucked away at the end of a charming brick alley in a lovely garden. It's an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and sites. No need for a car if you are flying in to see historic downtown Charleston. The kitchen is small but well equipped, and there is a full sized washer and dryer. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. Towels are good quality as well. There are two large flat screen TVs with cable and my free high speed wireless. The house is very private and much nicer than the downtown hotels I have tried for the same price. I am sure I will return many times.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The pool house was quite large, reasonably priced and the location was very convenient. There was a great deal of privacy, and the outside area was an incredible place to relax.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
