  Very good unit, cute and artistic, which makes your vacation more unique. Pretty close to the beach, also to shops and restaurants. But the main advantage is the unit itself, very cute and pleasant to stay! Btw, it has everything you need! And Thx to Paolo for being prompt with all the emails etc! :) I would return!

  Paolo's place on Penn was charming and elegant. I was pleasantly surprised:-) The apartment was very nicely decorated and airy. It was very clean, fully equipped, and fully supplied. Including a beach towel and a beach umbrella! It was located in the heart of South Beach. Just blocks from the beach, Lincoln Road, and Espanola Way. You could walk to go wherever you needed, like drug stores and all kinds of restaurants. I found it very comfortable and safe. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a place like home. I would definitely stay there again. This was my first experience on HomeAway and I was really pleased.

  .Absolutely perfect, had everything we needed and the location couldn't have been better ! We enjoyed the apartment and the area very much : quite place but only minutes from everything , Lincoln Road , the beach and the lovely Espaniola Way.. we had a very pleasant stay, the apartment is very functional, very clean, nicely furnished and fully equiped . Would recomend staying there!!!

  *Our stay overall was good; * Potential to stay again- Possible, but we like staying at diff places all the time. *Positives* -Location - only 4 blocks away fr. beach. If it weren't so brutally hot, the walk would be nothing. But really, approx 5 min walk; Quiet & safe- close to Lincoln Rd Mall, Espinola Way, Clubs. NO NEED FOR CAR! - Sufficient cleaning supplies - We had to buy extra cleaning supplies (detergent, dish soap, cloths for kitchen, napkins, toilet paper) b/c there wasn't enough to last us all wk. -free Washer/dryer access- very convenient as we had to wash the beach towels everyday. (only 3 provided) - Owner: Good to deal with up to the time we booked. He gave us a fair deal on the rental price. **He didn't advise us of the PayPal fees on SECURITY DEPOSIT, so we ended up losing some money upon check-out. Negatives: (NOTE: Not All points are a reflection of the owner, but rather my opinion, as "To each their own!") -We found TWO HUGE cockroaches DEAD in the kitchen one morning. (2 inches long). But only 1 day. -No blender in kitchen as advertised. Bought frozen fruit before I arrived to make protein shakes, but couldn't- so they were wasted. -Smell in the condo hallway- Musty and moldy smelling. Had to plug our nose every time we entered the building. -No large kitchen knives- We had to buy our own. Advised the owner and he said he would buy some asap. -Shower curtain - plastic liner was a bit dirty, We washed it down to be sure. -Not enough ventilation in the condo- When we cooked, we couldn't open the windows (by Owner's instructions) to air out the condo, so clothes would smell like cooking etc. -No beach chairs -A lot of trinkets and decor- adds to the dust that may accumulate in the condo -No patio like other condos or dip pool, that allow you to sit outside and have a drink or two. Other notes: -couch is not in the same position it is in as the photo. It actually faces the wall where there is a TV. -space- good enough for two people. - older condo, but modern amenities. - I'd recommend others to stay here. - Many Restaurants along Lincoln Road Mall are Italian or Spanish influenced. all similar. -Parking- in a residential zone 2. It can take a while to find (but again no need for a car unless you plan to travel outside of Miami) - btw,THRIFTY or AVIS (both on Collins Ave) were the best deals for rentals. Do all your shopping at Sawgrass in Sunrise (approx 45 mins away). DEALS!!

  Very neat and clean. Everything that I needed was there... clean towels and sheets. Very nice decor and Paolo was very fast at responding with very friendly disposition. Loved the stay and will be going back there for the next visit later in the year.

  Great place, perfect location and a professional and pleasure–to-deal with owner. The two of us spent one week here. The apartment is one block away from Espanola way, a very short walk to the beach and practically close to everything within South Beach. The studio itself is very comfortable, well designed and with top-notch and highly functional amenities. We felt very much at home and will wholeheartedly recommend this place to our friends.   I stayed at this studio with my husband and baby. We found the place perfect for us: clean, comfortable and with an excellent location.The kitchen was well equipped which was really helpful for us. If we had to prepare the baby´s food, we had everything we needed. I´ll recomend this place to anyone who wants to spare some time in South Beach. Note that it´s only one big room so maybe it´s too small for more than 2 o 3 people. Ah! One more thing: it was very nice decorated!!

  We found Paolo pleasant, prompt and professional and his apartment a great South Beach value. Its location is ideal, close to much action but quiet. Well designed, appointed and equipped, it is a practical, comfortable abode for a couple for a while, despite its modest dimensions. Our recommendation is wholehearted: this is one sweet suite.

  Had a great stay! The apartment is nicely located for beach access as well as all the sites along Ocean Drive. Also, short walk to the Lincoln Mall area. There is no need for rental car. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need during your stay. Kitchen is well equipped. I would absolutely return to this location.

  My stay at Paolo's was everything I hoped it would be. I was traveling alone and I appreciate that the listing was accurate in every way. The location is perfect (only 3 blocks to Ocean Drive), the apartment is move-in-ready (complete with everything I needed to feel comfortable and begin my vacation right away), and the amenities are top-notch. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, pest free and everything works as intended. In addition, Paolo is a pleasure. After my stay here, I will definitely recommend this property to friends. And I look forward to staying here again. There's nothing like being able to leave the car at home and walk to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants and clubs when you're on vacation in South Beach. Paolo's place is absolutely perfect whether you're in town for business or pleasure.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.
