This condo was so amazing and such a great deal that when/if I get back to Moab I will never stay in a hotel. I will stay here. It has everything you could possibly need for a family getaway for a few days or a week or more. It was cheaper than a lot of the hotels, especially if you have to consider getting multiple rooms for more family members. The photos and the listing accurately depict the totally spotless and well-decorated condo. If you are here looking at this condo, don't hesitate, just reserve it. We enjoyed the condo, close to downtown, we had a short vacation and we choose a great place to stay with two teneegers sometimes is hard to meet their expectations but this place was amazing with a swimming very closed to the unit, basketball and tennins court and grill you have enough to keep your teneegers happy, the decorations throughout the unit were amazing, the master bedroom with enough space and a beautiful views, each bedroom with their own enterteintment tvs and vcr everything was great and definitely will come back again to stay in this condo and strongly we recomend this unit to people all ages.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It is decorated so beautifully and we really felt at home. It is in an ideal location to see the sights of Moab. The stocked kitchen, garage, nice big beds, and TV's in every room really made this a wonderful place to vacation in. Also, this condo is right next to the pool, playground, and tennis/basketball courts, which is an added bonus. My family and I loved this condo. The condo was well furnished and decorated and we immediately felt right at home. It had eveything we needed for our stay including a garage and the location was fantastic. We loved being just outside of Moab away from the hustle and bustle which was only 5 minutes away. We really liked the pool and hot tub. The morning views were fantastic and at night they were even better. My kids have never seen so many stars. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real home away from home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This property is an incredible bargain. It is impeccably furnished (my wife LOVED the different artifacts placed throughout) and the amenities are wonderful. To have a nice kitchen and living room on the main level and spacious, well appointed bedrooms with separate bathrooms upstairs was incredible. I can't believe that I was considering a stay at any of the hotels in town. And the location is not a problem at all. It is so close to town that you cannot describe it as a "commute." In fact, I thought it was more of a feature. My daughter and I went on a serene run in the neighborhood and the views were wonderful, and yet it was a quick jaunt into town for dinner and shopping. And then to top it off with the other amenities like the garage and the nice pool and playground close by (much appreciated by the 9 year-old) really sealed the deal. I would recommend this place without hesitation and would stay again if I ever return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo was beautiful and most importantly clean! We came to Moab for a white water rafting trip and this condo was an excellent home away from home. We fit 6 people in it very comfortably. And a big bonus is the condo is walking distance from the pool -- a big plus when the temperature is 45+°C! Overall, the condo was excellent and I would definitely be back to stay. I will and have recommended it to numerous friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The townhome is so nice! Immaculate! Our Family had a great time... the pool was a welcome amenity after a long day of mountain biking. Great Place to watch the sunset. Moab was amazing as well as this condo! It easily fit the 6 of us and was very close to the pool and tennis courts. It had great views! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful stay and vacation in Moab. This place was amazing! It was so nice and clean and the unit is right across from the tennis/basketball courts, pool and playground. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. It has everything you need. We had no issues at all with our stay. We are die-hard mountain bikers who love Moab, Utah. After coming to Moab weekend after weekend to bike different trails, we decided to buy a vacation home so we could stay longer and try other adventures in Moab. Since purchasing our home, we have had many other adventures including white-water rafting, hiking, and dirt-biking.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We had comfort and style in mind when we decorated this home. With comfortable couches and a king-size bed in the master bedroom, we wanted our guests to be able to really relax when they got home from their adventure. With comfy blankets draped over the beds, and a television and dvd in every room, you can watch a movie your friends don't want to watch or seat the kids at the breakfast bar for dinner while you have a glass of wine at the custom-made dinner table.
