Immaculately decorated, new condo in upscale community on quiet, wide family beach. Ocean Isle Beach is a great place to be on the North Carolina coast. OIB is a 7 mile long barrier island with a wide, uncrowded beach at the southern most part of North Carolina. The island is a quiet family oriented place surrounded by anything you could want in a vacation: great restaurants, literally hundreds of golf courses, fishing of all sorts, historical sites, shopping, swimming, sunning and the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with all of its attractions is just 30 miles away. Our condominium, situated on the far west end of the island. Short walk to the Beach Access & Pool.

Cancellation policy:
It is further agreed that the Leasee may be required to pay a Security Deposit of (200.00). Two-Hundred-Dollars. A separate check in the amount $200.00 dollars must be payable to Property Watch and it may sent with your final payment. The security deposit may be retained for renter causing damage to the property or requesting unwarranted service calls. Each renter is expected to avoid damage and will be charged accordingly. If damage occurs during occupancy. The person whose name the property is rented shall be responsible for all those in his party an on the premises. Upon arrival, check the unit to see if any damage is present and report such to Poperty Watch immediately. ALL KEYS must be returned. or there will be a 20.00 charge per key not returned. Security deposits (less any damages or charges) will be refunded within 30 days of departure. Add Security Deposit to final payment. Trip Interruption Insurance Trip Interruption Insurance is available through various companies. You must have trip interruption insurance for reimbursement due to mandatory evacuations. Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing to Joseph A. Durham . If the unit is re-rented for the original vacation agreement amount, guest will receive a refund of the advance rent less $150. If re-rented for less than the original rate, the guest will receive the advance rent less an amount necessary to make full payment to the owner. All refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the re-rented advance rent payment. If the unit in not re-rented, no refund will be paid. Linens and Towels Included (not beach towels)

About the owner: My wife and I grew up in the eastern part of North Carolina. We both came to the beach as kids, but never discover Ocean Isle Beach until much later in life. We discovered in our search for a Vacation Home. We still live in North Carolina and love the Beach.
