Good Location: No Hot Water / dishwasher

House was as described but the hot water heater broke along with the dishwasher on our second day at the house. Hot water was restored a day before we left, dishwasher was never replaced. I needed to continually reach out to the property management for updates, and the owner only thought the value of hot water and a dishwasher was worth 10% of the overall rental cost.

Long time visitor to Corolla

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a great set up with plenty of room for our family to stay. The pool was a perfect size, and we loved having a baby pool right in the back yard. The walk to the pool was more than manageable, as you are right near a walkway. I was also impressed with how sharp the knives were. Many times you use a rental, and you can’t cut through an onion. The only items I would recommend for a future visit would be cleaning up the weeds around the pool and maybe getting new mattresses. My wife and I have a queen bed, and the second floor queen bed was much smaller and not comfortable.
