The main floor spans 1,000 square feet complete with heated entryway, large gourmet kitchen, dining room tables that can seat up to 10, laundry room, full bathroom with a fully enclosed Jacuzzi/steam shower, bedroom, and sunroom.
The custom wood stairway leads to the upper level: Loft with thick full and twin size futons, flat screen TV complete with Wii, games and streaming Netflix. Master bedroom with private deck, queen size bed with luxury bedding, full size futon, a mini loft with queen size bed and bathroom with dual shower and heated floors, can accommodate large families.

The Unique Benefits at this HouseEasy in and out access of the house. The master bedroom can accommodate a large family equipped with a queen bed, full futon and mini loft (due to climbing up a ladder, not recommended for kids under 10 years old) and large walk in closet. The master bathroom has dual entry doors so that it is accessible via the master bedroom or loft around the corner. Couples can enjoy 3 separate cozy seating areas to enjoy a book, watch a movie or relax with a glass of wine. The Snorting Elk at Crystal Mountain houses live entertainment with Bavarian charm or relax in the Bullwheel Bar and Grill that offers scenic views of the mountain. The historic Naches Tavern offers pools tables and a dart board or relax on the couch in front of the large fireplace.

For our last Spring skiing outing of 2012, we headed to Crystal Mountain May 12th and 13th, staying in the wonderful “Crystal Rainier Retreat” just a few minutes from the ski resort. Darling, comfy, nestled in the trees, welcoming, wonderful cabin was just perfect for our last mountain adventure of the season. Heated floors were awesome! Great kitchen, really well equipped, beautiful dining table, with a welcoming bottle of wine, and chocolates , we felt pampered totally. This “cabin” could sleep a bunch of people, yet we were just two, so we had a fabulous time with all that space to ourselves. Amazing “space age” shower that you have to see to believe! Lovely wooded views, quiet neighborhood, close to Crystal Mountain Ski Area and Mount Rainier. This is a great year ‘round vacation cabin.

The house beyond expectations. It was updated in rustic, contemporary style with beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Well maintained and very clean. It is obvious that the owner take great pride and care of this property. Although there were only two of us, the house can easily and comfortably accommodate for 8. The location was extremely convenient to Crystal Mountain and the owners were extremely accommodating and friendly.

The pictures do not do this house justice as it was a pleasure to the last detail. The details of the design are practical, open, and allow natural light in most spaces. There were interesting spaces and angles that you wouldn't expect in a mountain cabin. The finishings, furniture, and decorations would be how I would do a cabin. Love the heated floors and loft areas. We loved the Master Bed loft also and the super shower. All that and 15 minutes to the Crystal Parking Lot. We will be back Winter and Summer. Thanks!

House was perfect for our group of two families; four adults and four boys. Great location on a quiet street, close proximity to trails and Crystal Mountain. House has everything you need except (and this is a bonus) no mobile coverage! (but they have wi fi)

If you are going to Mount Rainier you are headed that way to see it. You really won't spend much time in the cabin. What you need is a comfortable and convenient location to use to launch your exploration of the mountain from. This cabin was perfect for that. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Close to Crystal Mountain if you want to Ski and just north of Mount Rainier. (owner posted from tripadvisor) The owners were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They helped me plan the vacation.

We stayed here with our 1 year old son and our friends for 2 nights and really did not want to leave the cabin at the end of our stay! All the amenities are well thought of (like, crib, diapers, wipes, jam in the fridge, etc) and the cabin's proximity to rainier and crystal helped. Hiking books in the cabin were great. The best part for couples...romantic jetted tub in the main floor! You can enjoy this place with your family or just with your loved one if you are looking for a romantic retreat.

We had a wonderful time staying for three nights at this lovely home. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of six. This house has all the basic amenities and more! Kids enjoyed Netflix and Wii. The jacuzzi steam shower is awesome! The location for the home was perfect, since it's conveniently situated near the Mt.Rainier Natl. Park in a lovely wooded area with a river running a short walking distance behind the house. We had a very enjoyable stay & highly recommend this vacation home!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults. My oldest son took the second bed and my younger son enjoyed the loft above the living room. The house was clean & comfortable. The kitchen was great if you would want to have a home cook meal. we really enjoyed the house and the area (Mt Rainier). Thanks for sharing your house with us.
