Our family of 5 and my sisters family of 4 spend a wonderful five days at this property. The house was very well apportioned and had plenty of room for 2 couples and 5 teenagers. The setting was particularly wonderful and we enjoyed the spacious deck and fire pit. I would highly recommend this home for large groups and anyone who loves communing with nature.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

We spent 1 week at this property and were extremely satisfied. My wife and I brought our 4 children (ages 9-14) on this vacation. It was perfect for our relatively large family. The house could have easily accommodated several more people. The entire house was very clean, the family rooms and bedrooms were bright and spacious. All of the utilities and televisions were relatively new and in excellent working condition. The house has nice bathrooms and a tremendous amount of closet space. The kitchen was very spacious and well supplied with utensils and cooking dishes. The beds and all the furniture were very comfortable and in good condition. We hiked up the mountain just a few yards behind the house and were inside the national park. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings on the patio. We would definitely return to Durango and stay at this property again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
