Our home is an open floor plan designed for casual living in a fantastic summer community. The house is approximately 4,800 square feel. It was completely renovated 4 years ago and featured in New England Home magazine - I can send you a soft copy. There are high end appliances such as Viking, Thermadore and Miele. There is also a Brunswick pool table, wine fridge and 4 Samsung flat screen TVs. The house has 2 AC/Heating zones and also has a central dehumidifier. There are too many features to name.

- Water View : Across the street from the harbor. Limited view but very close walking distance to many beaches and harbor access. Harbor can be seen from Master Bedroom, but it is obstructed.

Rate Details (In USD)
The house is available for rent on a weekly, monthly or annual basis although the owner always comes back for 2 weeks during the summer. Weekly rates start at $2,200 and increase to $5,000 for peak weeks during the summer. Monthly rates are available upon request. Cleaning is extra and a deposit is required.
