This Disney four bedroom three bath, (two master suite), pool home is just four miles from Disney! Has it's own screened in heated pool and is located in Oak Island Cove, a subdivision of the Formosa Gardens area, Kissimmee. The 192 and all it amenities are half mile from the property, Disney is four miles!! WE JUST ADDED THE INTERNET THRU COMCAST MODEM.
New - this home has free international calls and free longdistance calls for the duration of your stay - quite a plus for our out of state and overseas also have free internet acess via the modem.
We accommodate Disney vacationers, groups attending Orange County Convention center, International Drive visitors, and Osceola county's newest convention center " Gaylord palms" is close by. Those visiting the Orlando area, Universal studios and Islands of Adventure, Sea World, the Water Parks etc. are just 10 minutes away. Orlando International ( MCO) and Tampa airport are 25 minutes away. Sanford airport is 50 minutes away.
Tampa is a half hour drive from Oak Island Cove - visit Busch Gardens or one of the pristine beaches of the Gulf coast. It takes one and half hours to get to St. Petersburg or Clearwater. The East Coast - Cocoa Beach, Melbourne and Kennedy Space Center are a 1 hour drive. For those interested in golf there are 6 golf courses within 10 minutes drive including the newly opened Champions Gate 36 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman.
The Walt Disney World golf courses are open to you - tee of with Mickey and his friends. Diamond Back, Kissimmee Oaks, Falcon's Fire are some of Florida's finest golf clubs. For those interested in nature visit the Nature Conservancy, or go horseback riding.

The property is newly built to a high standard, with many upgrades. The two master suites, one with patio doors out to the pool make this an ideal home for two families on vacation together. Oak Island Cove provides a great location for guests wishing to be close to Disney, many guests visit the parks and come back to the house through the day to freshen up, and return to the parks for the evening activities. The home provides an ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of an exhausting day at the parks, or to simply relax at the home by the pool on non park days.
The pool area has table and chairs plus loungers for those wishing to sunbathe or relax and eat out by the pool. We have a baby safe fence around the pool for your safety, plus pool alarms.
The pool has optional electric heat for the cooler months.

The house was very big and comfortable and had everything that our family needed. The pool was very nice and it had a nice gas grill to use. The location of the house was very close to all the attractions. The house was in a very safe neighborhood. Michelle was very nice and helpful and we will definately call her again when planning our next trip to Florida.

6 of us stayed here for 8 days from April 24 to April 30, 2011. 3 adults, a teenager and 2 young boys. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, quiet, nice pool, and large enough to accomodate all of us. Close to everyting including Disney and Universal. We all agreed that we would come back again. Great place to come home to after a busy day. Free long distance was loved by the teenager. Thanks Michelle, you were wonderful to deal with. We had a problem with the alarm and Michelle came herself to have a look at it. Great service.

We spent Thanksgiving week 2010 at this house and visiting the parks. It is such a relaxing place to come home to after busy days/nights at the parks. We loved having space to ourselves, the pool, and a place to prepare meals. The location is perfect; just a few minutes from the parks and a grocery store around the corner. 2 master suites and 3 full baths were awesome--we had too much room for a family of 4. We would definitely rent a home from Michelle again.

We strongly recommend this house for families who need to unwind and relax. A lot of space, a lot of commodities, super clean and efficient and the neibourhood is a very quiet place. Ideal for a relaxed vacation. For those with kids, ideal location, near all major parks. The swimming pool is guarded by a hay which we found great because it gave us privacy. You should try it out. You won't regret it! I know we will definitively want to come again.

We stayed in this home during spring break and were pleased with every aspect. Our experience was fantastic beginning with our interaction reserving the property with the realty company, throughout the stay, and all follow up. The location was great for us, close to the theme parks, a grocery store and restaurants. We highly recommend this property and working with VRBO and Belor Realty specifically.

We had a great time. Loved the house - perfect size for our family. The little ones loved the pool. It was great to come back to and relax after a full day at the parks. Would highly recommend your house to friends. The only thing needed is tv's in all the rooms. Very close to Disney and restaurants. Great place. Very clean.
