  My husband and I stayed here for the month of April. The condo is lovely, exactly as presented. Although we eat out on occasion, we cook in most of the time and nothing was lacking in the kitchen. The bed (master) was most comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. If you are looking for a quiet spot (unlike crazy Cocoa!) this is it. We grilled out, used the laundry (very clean), and enjoyed the grounds. Owners are friendly and helpful. Property manager is on the grounds daily, making certain everything outside is in ship shape. I highly recommend. Beach towels, noodles for the pools, beach chairs, even a beach bag if you don't have one. Stacey and Sheldon have not forgotten a thing. A great home away from home. Stop looking - this place is perfect! FYI, quick, cheap meal at Dakine Diego for burritos, great fish for grilling or cooking at home at Indialantic Seafood Company, just south on A1A, and great salads and breakfast at Son on the Beach. Enjoy.

  My husband and I just spent the month of March in this lovely condo. It is fully equiped, there was not a thing we wished we had. They thought of everything. It is so clean and the grounds are very well kept.The owner is very accomadating and reachable. We would love to come back again. Thanks

  Condo was even better than we had dreamed. So clean and everything so new. Competely furnished - could not have asked for anything more. The complex itself was very attended to - grounds and pool in A1 condition. Had a great time - hope to be back.

  We visited this condo this summer with another couple and found it quite accommodating. Excellently furnished throughout, with a contemporary kitchen which includes all of the appliances and utensils you could possibly require. Rooms have comfortable bedding and there is ample closet space. The pool is quite nice and the covered deck has a permanent BBQ/grill with three sturdy tables for dining. They have a private beach of golden sand, wonderful sunrises and we spotted dolphin several times just off shore. There are several large cinemas and many restuarants within a half-hour drive, as well as several national brand supermarkets and retail stores. We look forward to returning next summer.

  We stayed at the condo for my future mother-in-law's birthday. We are from Jacksonville and the drive was so smooth and easy to make; which makes this a great stay-cation spot. The condo itself is a good size for a small group (2-4 people). The bedrooms are a great size and the beds are very comfortable. It was such a treat to not have to fight for beach parking for once. The beach is just a staircase away which is wonderful. If the beach isn't your idea of a good time they condo also as an amazing pool. The condo was also on a main stretch of road with lots of great local places to eat; Diego's DaKine Burritos are great (a lot of food for a good price). The condo is also a short drive from the "Historic" area of Melbourne which has really cool little shops and boutiques. This was a great weekend getaway and I can't wait to come back.

  We recently enjoyed our time at this Condo with our daughter, grand daughter, and two great grand children. Everything was as advertised, new everything, clean, pleasant and very comfortable.. The view of the pool area and ocean are something to think about when you return home. We will look forward to our nest visit!!
