Purchased in 2003, our home has been completely renovated from top to bottom. With all new appliances and furniture, it was our goal to make sure our guests to really know they are on vacation.
Our home has four bedrooms, two baths, plus an outside shower which is always enjoyable in the nice weather. Full kitchen, including dishwasher for your dining needs. The home contains central air, as well as heat, washer/dryer, two offstreet parking,WiFi internet and back patio with gas grill for outside dining.
We also have our Cabana located behind the house, which includes a bar and seating, along with TV/DVD.
This is our home away from home, and we want our guests to enjoy their time on Long Beach Island. With a deck looking out toward the beautiful beach here in Beach Haven, we know you will truly be glad you stayed with us.

I found this house blindly on VRBO and took a chance since I never visited it in person. What a terrific surprise! The place was immaculate ! It had everything we needed as a small family. I couldn't have found a better place and I am so glad that I took a chance with this website and found this home. The location and amentites were absoluely perfect. I hope to rent this house year after year. It is a gem!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Perfect house, perfect location, great communication with the owner! We took the downstairs bedroom and my daughter and family used the 3 upstairs.The house far exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean and inviting. I would recommend the linen service...all the beds were made up and plenty of nice towels were provided. We rented bikes for the week at AJ's Rentals just a few blocks south on Bay Ave. and were able to walk or bike to everything including Murphy's Market a few blocks away. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and the outdoor shower and cabana are lovely. We enjoyed lunch (and a blueberry pie...yummy!) at Holiday Snack Bar, breakfast at Uncle Will's Pancake House, take out lunch from Pearl St. Cafe, and ice cream from Barry's Do Me A Flavor and Showplace Ice Cream Parlour....all within walking distance. I would also recommend visiting the Beach Haven Library, a beautiful Historic building just a block away.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

My family has been coming to the island for over 50 years, and this was by far the nicest home we have stayed in. The house is cozy and comfortable with a nice patio in back and my favorite a screened in porch in front that I spent time relaxing and reading on. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone.. Great family getaway!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My friends and I found this beautiful house online and after reading all the information about the house, we decided to look into it further. We found the rate to be VERY reasonable for the last week in June and the owners of the house to be wonderful people. Everything went off without a hitch. We walked in and the place was spotless with new appliances. By far the cleanest house I've ever rented anywhere. With the beach being a 2 minute walk from the house and Fantasy Island and Bay Village being a 5 minute walk, we were all in heaven. Just about everything you could want or need is within walking distance from this house. I would highly recommend it to anyone who thoroughly enjoys the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My family has been vacationing on the island several times a year for the last 40 years! We have rented several homes on the island both bay front and ocean front in several different LBI towns. We all agreed that this was our absolute best vacation to date. We had a wonderful time in this home. It is spacious, clean and just a fun place. We had so much fun watching DVD's and playing games in the cabana room. Also, we were so happy that our favorite places to visit were only a few minutes walk. We were able to park the cars and walk everywhere. The Chicken or the Egg, Uncle Will's, The Sea Shell, Buckalew's, Surflight Theater and Bay Village are just a short walk as well as many other great establishments. The owner's were so nice to us and made sure to check with us that everything was OK. The house is well appointed with everything you need including beach chairs. We can't wait to return to this house next year! We highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

As long time LBI vacationers and previous owners, my family could not have been more pleased with this home. It is very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The house is much larger than it appears in the pictures with lots of room for large families. It's promixity to the best of LBI - shops, restaurants, entertainment, etc.- makes it the perfect location. And being so close to the beach, it is great for families, both young and young-at-heart. The owners are very pleasant, responsive, and made you feel right at home from the very beginning. From personalized welcome notes upon arrival to follow-up after check in to make sure all was to our liking. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday here, and the cabana was a huge hit with the girls. A unique touch and added living space. We will definitely return for our next LBI vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I rented this home in Sept 2011 and it was completely spotless, (the cleanest place we ever rented), had newer everything, great space, very close to the beach with easy access to all of the activities. This house is the perfect rental and the homeowner is so accomodating. The little extras that they provide makes for a really relaxing vacation. Just pack your bags and off you go! The pictures displayed are exactly what you get. There is plenty of room and the extra bonus room out in the back with the "bar area" is perfect for socializing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
