My husband and myself stayed here in 2011 and really enjoyed it. I had family in town this year and needed extra room! They thought the condo was awesome! The owner is very nice and attentive to any needs you have. We will rent again when guests come to town. The condo is fully furnished and clean! EVERYTHING you need to cook is in the kitchen. There is a grill outside on the patio too! Stacking washer and dryer (very nice), flatscreen tv's, comfy beds and so on. You won't go wrong staying here!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway.

Our central coast vacation was perfect. This condo is spotless, well equipped and right on the golf course. The two bath, one level makes it very convenient. My wife and I golfed, hiked, ate at great restaurants and went wine tasting. The weather was in the 70’s and upper 60's in november. Heaven!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My husband and I and another couple spent two weeks at this condo. It was very comfortable and updated with hardwood floors, flatscreen tvs, etc. The kitchen was totally equipped. The condo is light and bright and has a lot of windows. The deck has a bar-b-que and table and looks right out on the golf course. The location was perfect. We could walk out the door and take a clinic everyday and play golf here or on the other 3 courses within two miles. It is great to be able to explore the beautiful cities of San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Cambria and tour the Hearst Castle. The weather here is perfect and we want to come back in the winter when the temperature will still be in the 70's!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We are from Eastern Washington and fell in love with the Central Coast of California when relatives bought a place there and we visited. We kept coming back and found so many things to do and the weather was great every month.

We chose this location because of the great weather, beautiful scenery, friendly people and abundant recreational and scenic variety in the area.

We really like the quietness at night without road or people noises. We also like the cheap golf with very low cost lessons offered in the area.
