This beautiful three story beach house is just a few steps from an almost private section of beach! Enjoy a view of the white sugar sand beach and glorious sunsets from the second and third floors. Perhaps you would prefer to lounge around a private pool, instead. The house is located in a lazy laid back neighborhood of private homes on the beach. At the same time, you are 5-10 minutes away from all the best restaurants and shopping.
Friends of mine once said that when they go on vacation, they want to stay somewhere that is nicer than their own home. That is exactly what we have tried to accomplish with this totally elegant Beach House. Purchased and decorated for 2012, this place has all the bells and whistles. Every bedroom has a King size bedroom suite. The two built in bunks have deluxe pillow top mattresses. There is a full sleeper sofa on the first floor and a queen sleeper sofa on the second. This is a perfect set up for two or more families.
Be prepared for luxury from the formal dining room with fireplace as you enter, to the 12 foot ceilings and magnificent crown moulding throughout. Granite counters grace the well equipped kitchen as do the stainless appliances. Watch your favorite shows on either of the two 55” LED screens or enjoy your show from the comfort of your bedroom.
On the second level you will find what we like to call the family suite. There you will find a large family room, including a wet bar and half bath. The built in bunks make this like a fourth bedroom. There is a large balcony overlooking the private pool. The second floor bedroom has a king bedroom suite with bath, balcony and large HD LED TV.
The third level has two king bedrooms with private baths. The Master Suite is adorned with a fireplace, a Jacuzzi tub and a spacious shower. A private balcony off the Master is a great place to enjoy warm moonlit Florida nights. The second bedroom has a beautiful Tropical King Bedroom suite for your comfort. Here you will find the best view of the Gulf through large windows that span two sides of the room. Both bedrooms are equipped with a large screen TV’s.

Prime Location: On the quieter end of PCB on the much desired beach side of Thomas Drive. A hundred steps down Albacore Street and you are on the beach... no crossing busy streets to get to the beach. Sorry, NO pets allowed. Must have someone over age 25 to stay in the house.

we loved this house! the decor was very nice and upscale. the house was clean and spacious. the photos on vrbo were very accurate. we loved having the private pool and the gas station right across the street was so convienient. the beach was only a very short walk down a little non-busy neighborhood street. we were also walking distance from several bars and resturants. bill, the owner of this house, was very helpful and accommodating to us. it was the perfect house for my husband and myself along with all of our friends to have a fun yet relaxing 30th birthday vacation! we will be back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and my husbands family stayed here over Christmas weekend and it was perfect! There was enough space for everyone to move around freely and not be in each others way. The first day we got there we did some shopping at Wal Mart (about a mile away) and cooked our meals in the kitchen (which had all the utensils you would need). Up to date decor, cozy, comfortable and very clean!! We signed into our Hulu and Netflix accounts via the Smart TVs. The beach was in walking distance and it was beautiful. We walked on the beach almost twice each day. Many great activities and restaurants nearby. From the first email to the last, Bill was very accommodating and answered every question. It was the easiest vacation I ever planned. No glitches whatsoever! He and his wife even put up a small tree for us, since we were there for Christmas! I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back for a warm, summer vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property was exactly what we wanted. It was close to the beach. It was close to restaurants. The house was very easy to find. The property was in excellent condition and was much more than we ever expected. The decor was beautiful! The amenties provided was everything we needed. The house was as advertised and had everything we needed. Short walk to a beautiful beach with no condos, bars, etc. in the way! Pool and patio was real nice and used constantly be the kids. The house was amazing! We loved every part of it, my 17 year old son said this is the best house we have ever stayed at! We have stayed in PCB for years and he is right. Bill is awesome to deal with couldn't have asked for anything more than what they have included in their home. The short walk to the beach is so easy. And the kids really enjoyed the bike rides. I stayed for a week with my mom and enjoyed every minute of it. I got to do: Mother daughter activities as well as family activites. A lot of wonderful things to do close by the house.I really looked forward to coming back each day to the house; felt like I was at home. The house had a very warm and cozy feeling to it. I was amazed at the lovely decor throughout the house. Our stay was wonderful - the pictures on the the web-site were beautiful but when we walked in the front door, we were blown away. The great family dining room, the kitchen with granite counters open to the dining the "living area" that opens onto the pool, the pool with great lighting for night swimming, the unexpected spiral staircase that leads up to the second floor balcony, the beautiful wood floors, the comfortable and beautiful furniture were just the beginning. Every area has been so well thought out. Five wide screen television screens - one in each bedroom and living area and the balconies on each floor make for great watching and people watching The location was perfect - away from the crowds but 5 minutes away from great dining, shopping (if you must!) and something for the kids. We enjoyed Ripley's Believe It or Not and highly recommend Sharky's Restaurant - you can sit outside and watch the sunset. The beds were so comfortable - open the window and you can hear the sounds of the water and the gulls calling your name. Even the bathrooms are beautifully decorated - with a place to hang your bathing suit in the shower....they thought of everything! I would highly recommend a stay here - it was wonderful!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house is really great. It is very close to the beach!!! It is located in the quiter side of Panama City Beach, but you are within minutes of dinning and activities. Bill was awesome to work with. I would recommend this house and will be returning in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We know you will love the house location. We have been visiting PCB for 25 years and have always wanted a place on or near Surf Drive. We love the little sixties style motels and beach homes in this peaceful little neighborhood. It is like walking back in time to a more innocent era. Hopefully, you will have an opportunity to meet some of our great neighbors. Feel free to speak when you see them... they like that.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
There is more to do than sunbath or walk on the most beautiful beaches in America. We enjoy riding our bikes around the neighborhood. There are lots of practically deserted streets to ride on and bike lanes all over the county. We also bring our jet skis and go out on the gulf to watch the dolphins. Don't forget to keep your eye out for a manatee while you are on the beach. They are quite friendly creatures. Susan loves the great shopping at Pier Park and Panama City. There are several dive shops Thomas drive if you like scuba diving. I have snorkeled on the jetties at St. Andrews Park. There is some good bike riding in the park as well. PCB is becoming more and more popular for motorcycle riding. I like riding down through Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe to Appalachicola. The oysters come in on the boats right there and most of the restaurants serve them up fresh.
There is plenty of entertainment for everyone. Shipwreck Island Water Park, miniature golf, a half dozen golf courses, charter fishing, para sailing, boat and jet ski rentals, and more.
