  My family and I stayed in Pat's lovely home early in the winter. When we arrived, the place looked immaculate! Also, knowing that we had small children, Pat had provided a pack-n-play as well as a high chair which made our stay considerably more comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was a perfect place for our two year old to run around and blow off some steam. Also, the location gave us access to great retail and dining options (The Streets at SouthGlenn is walkable from the house, but we generally drove because of the children). This was my first VRBO experience, and I have to say that it was a great one!

  We stayed in Pat's home for 1 week. My husband, son & daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren (2 & 4yrs old) had a great time. Our grandchildren loved it and were in tears when it was time to leave. We were able to have our Colorado family over several times with lots of room for everyone. We are in agreement with previous reviewers that Pat's home is very clean with so many amenities for guests to have a comfortable stay. The home was prepared and stocked as though special guests or relatives were going to stay. It gave us a sense of the pride Pat has in her home and the desire she has to make her guests comfortable. We give a 5 STAR to this rental!

  This home was perfect for our family this past Thanksgiving! Plenty of room and all the necessities for a happy holiday feast! It is a very well maintained home, clean and well furnished for any family! The owner was very helpful when we needed accommodations for our holiday dinner and an extra guest!

  We spent a little over a week visiting in the Denver area and having family join us at the house. It was quite clean, well appointed and comfortable. What a differerence from a hotel! Within minutes of arriving we felt like it was home. The owners were quite welcoming and keep their house in great shape. It was a perfect spot for a family reunion and we look forward to coming back whenever we return to Denver for family visits.

  I was in the area for a wedding so some family members and I rented this house. The property is centrally located with many shopping options close by. The listing is absolutely accurate with description and photos. We were very happy and would try to stay here again if in the area. Very clean and comfortable. I would highly reccomend this property!

  My husband and I just returned home after a 7-night stay at this property. We had a great time. We were in town for our youngest daughter's wedding and were so happy to be able to host a family gathering the night before the wedding in this lovely home. Everything was neat as a pin and every imaginable convenience was provided. The day after the wedding, we hosted our daughter and her wedding party for an impromptu cook-out, using the gas grill and gathering everyone around the patio table. Everyone had a great time. We shared the house with our oldest daughter, her husband, and our twin grandsons. It was great to have so much room for everyone. Sooooo much better than a hotel room! We were especially pleased with the large dining room, including a large table and six chairs, and the well-stocked kitchen. We prepared many meals in this kitchen and were able to find everything we needed... even down to spices in the cupboard. If you're looking for a well-maintained, clean, convenient alternative to a hotel stay, we highly recommend this property... plus, Pat is a joy to work with! While I don't know that we'll be visiting Denver again anytime soon, our experience with Pat and this property will definitely make us look to VRBO for all our future travel plans!   This house was so comfortable and cozy, The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was neat, organized, and very clean. The owner, Pat, provides lots of extras like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, lotion, games, puzzles, and movies. We used the house as a centralized location to come back to each night. We were able to visit Pike's Peek, Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, Blackhawk, Downtown Denver....and were planning a trip to Wyoming, but the wild fire in Fort Collins didn't allow for that. None of the trips were over 3 hours. Most were only about 45mn to an hour. The neighborhood is very comfortable with lots of wonderful places to eat and shop only about a mile away. I would most definitely stay here again!

  My wife and I spent Easter weekend in this "home" and it was very nice. We visited our daughter, her husband and our three grand children who live in Aurora. The location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood yet easy access to main roads and close to shopping if you are so inclined. This is a very nice, newly remodeled home that feels good as soon as you walk in. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

  We stay in at least 4 VRBO's each year. This one was the cleanest; all claims by owner more than stated. It seemed like we were staying at a friends house; we didn't even need soap or TP! The beds were very comfortable too. The fenced in backyard is great for families with children. The kitchen is newly remodeled and very well equipped. Walk or ride a bike 3 blocks to a great 47 mile trail system which has parks and playgrounds along the route. Southglenn Mall is within 6 or blocks for everything you think you might want including a great Whole Foods grocery store. An excellent VRBO in all aspects.

  We enjoyed our stay in Denver. The house was very nice and conviently located. We loved the shops in Littleton and enjoyed the walking trails. The owner was wonderful to work with and we hope to stay again.
