  My family stayed at the property for 5 days in August 2011 as a reunion after my son returned from Afghanistan. There were 7 adults and 2 babies. What an awesome experience and the house was a major factor! The decor' is beautiful and the space was just what was needed. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the family talks about our visit on a regular basis. The property has everything that you need. Thank you for helping to making my son's return home to us a lifelong dream!

  Tony, Great house! Well decorated to give it the "beach" feel. Perfect place, because we were able to schedule our wedding/reception at the Activities Center in the Oceanside Village. All the extras with the house, the shuffleboard and ping pong tables, golf carts, towels, chairs and beach toys were enjoyed by everyone. Everyone was extremely impressed with the house. Great TV in living room for watching the Olympics. Thanks for a great vacation spot.

  I went down with friends from college for a golf weekend. The house was clean and a great size. Everyone had their own bed, and we had plenty of space in the house to spread out. The shuffle board table in the garage got a lot of play. The owner was wonderful and accessible, and the caretaker of the house, was quick to respond by phone, email, and text. Over all it made for a wonderful experience, and I would recommend the house to folks looking for a similar reunion, family vacations, etc. Thanks!

I have firends come down for golf and we all have plenty of room to relax and enjoy. I think it is also important for me to be accessible and I fully understand the importance of the tenant having that access.   Thanks Tony! We had a great time. The house was better than the pictures. So much room. We had 13 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was spotless and the towel service gave us more the enough towels. The kids loved the boogie and skim boards. Beach was great. I liked that there was the conch cafe right there to grab drinks at! Area was convenient. Walmart was close and we loved going to the local fish market down the street for fresh seafood. When one wanted to leave! Would stay again! Also thanks to Diane for her help. She knew it was one of the moms 40th birthday and brought her a birthday cake! How nice is that!!!

  We had a wonderful stay at this spotless, beautiful home! I can't say one negative thing about our week staying here! Plenty of room, beautiful decorations, comfortable furniture...and we really enjoyed the game room especially the shuffleboard table! Great communication with the owner! A perfect stay....we'll be back!!

  Wonderful property. Our large family of all ages enjoyed a great week in August 2011 for a family wedding. The experience was so much fun...a great home for gathering....and also space for more quiet enjoyment. The lower living & game rooms were perfect for our teens & young adults. Tony was so accommodating... deposit returned promptly.
