This condo is on the ground floor with a west facing patio with furniture, very close to the pool. This location is perfect!
This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a fully-equipped kitchen with tiled floors and granite kitchen countertops. There is even a granite bar top with 2 attractive bar stools. The formal dining area is also tiled with seating for 4 and a tiled living room with ceiling fan with lights, a 27' flat-screen TV with DVD player, 3-seat comfy sofa that can be used as a sleeper.
Beautiful Bella Piazza Resort has two main pools and a children's pool. You will find plenty of seating groups and sun beds too. This resort also offers a state of the art fitness center, game room, internet cafe and clubhouse with covered outdoor seating. The amenities are only open for the guests.
Bella Piazza Resort is perfectly situated adjacent from the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and a short drive from some of the most popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Diamond Players Club, Orange County National, Champions Gate and Reunion.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, about Bella Piazza is wonderful! This is our third year coming to these condos. Every time is perfect! The condo units are new, well-maintained, close (20-30 minutes) to the Orlando Convention Center and the various Disney properties, well-equipped, and quiet. The business center is good. The main pool and grill areas are very, very nice as well. Unit 814 is, unfortunately, a corner unit with the parking lot on one side and a/c units on the other. But there have to be corner units. And some units have to face parking lots or air conditioning units. It's a wonderful place to call home in the Orlando area.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
