Silver Pines Estate is located in southeastern, Ohio in Coshocton County. It is 12 miles south of Sugarcreek, which is known as the Little Switzerland of Ohio. It is surrounded by beautiful pines and situated on a hill that gives you a spectacular view of the valley.
It is located among many Amish farms, and tucked away on a rural township road. It gives you the opportunity to rest and relax in the country, and leave your worries behind.
On the estate you will fall in love with the beauty and splendor of the countryside. The lodging consists of an A-frame built in 1982. It has four bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen, family room, living room, two wood burning fireplaces, walk out basement, and much more, all situated on twenty-six acres.
There are many walking trails on the property, as well as a small pond, that is stocked with fish.

Rented this place for a weekend of eating junk food, watching movies and playing games. Loved the proximity to great food, beautiful views and more than enough room. We can't wait to come back and hope to make this an annual trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

the house and property were just beautiful. loved it even thou it rained. we could not take the walk to the pond because it was too muddy, but got beautiful pictures just the same. would recommend it to anyone. great time had by all.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We planned a last minute vacation with 2 little kids. The enclosed deck was great for little kids. Lots of space for them to run around also. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. The house is cozy and comfortable. It was our first time in Amish country. We would love to come back and stay soon. I would highly recommend this home. Clean,easy to check in/out. We had fun watching the deer and wild turkey!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Went down with 3 of my girlfriends. We have been doing a weekend get away for almost 20 years. We all found the experience to be wonderfully relaxing. We had a great time of sitting around the fire pit and just talking. One girlfriend has since moved to Florida and she still comes up every year to join us. Great shopping in area, nice restaurants, BEAUTIFUL country. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and your beautiful get away home. Thanks so much! I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. Property was well maintained and the brochure on the property was accurate. The girls and are were pleased with our stay. The house was plenty big enough and very charming and homey. The back deck and lower porch gave views that were breathtaking. Early morning coffee and chats on the deck and porch swing were so peaceful. We saw wild turkey each morning, as well as hummingbirds and many other birds along the property. The location was so serene and in the morning you could hear the Amish buggy passing by on the dirt-gravel road. We definitely would return in the future. We had a lovely time. The only con: no batteries for the downstair television remote. Thank you for allowing us to rent such a peaceful home.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We rented this cabin last weekend for my mother's 70th birthday and it exceeded our expectations!! It is so peaceful and relaxing!!! What a beautiful property! Scott, My family had such a great time at your house. Everything was there that we needed. The pond was a hit with the kids and the firepit was a nice evening gathering place for the adults. Lovely property with Amish buggies going by driveway. We enjoyed the pond, trails, firepit, and sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the countryside. Great for family getaways. This was a family get together and we all loved the location. Enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the view as well hiking the trails on the property. Amish buggies were going by the driveway and it is fascinating to get a glimpse of their way of life. The fishing pond was a hit with the younger ones and a workout for the older members making their way back to the house. House was well supplied. We all enjoyed our stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Minimum stay of 2 nights Mon.-Thurs. is considerd weekdays Fri.-Sun. weekends $125.00 per night (weekdays) and $145.00 per night (weekends) for up to 4 people Any additional people over four are an additional $20.00 per person, per night. In the event you must cancel, your notification must be received 14 days or more prior to your arrival date for a 90% refund of deposit. If you should cancel within 14 days, you may only transfer the reservation to another date within the year. When sending inquiry, please include age of children that will be staying.
