We are excited to be able to offer to our guests starting June, 2012 the 'premiere' unit in Park Place.
This end unit has spectacular unobstructed, panoramic views of the gulf and inner coastal waterway. This was the developer's personal residence and is beautifully appointed with custom woodwork, cabinetry, high-end fixtures and a beautiful custom staircase. Great care has been taken to decorate and provide you with a luxury beach resort atmosphere. You will have everything you need for your vacation retreat. This elegant, immaculately clean, “home away from home” has an oversized double garage, 4 bedrooms (3 queen/1 full), includes all linens - even beach towels! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush!!
We also own HomeAway # 369519 in the same complex.
Relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in the hot tub or grilling out on the rooftop patio. A private elevator will take you to all 5 floors! Luxury features include granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living area has soft, plush leather furniture, a flat screen cable TV , DVD player, WiFi hi-speed internet, free nationwide and Canada long distance telephone.
The bedrooms are furnished with 'green technology' hypo/allergetic mattresses and luxury cotton linens and towels.
The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and european style heavy glass walk-in shower with double shower heads.
The rooftop has everything for your convenience - outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub (with waterfall), and a Weber grill. Start your day with visions of a beautiful sunrise in the east over Clearwater Harbor and enjoy the evening breezes, twinkling lights and spectacular sunsets over the gulf!!
There are 2 bicycles for your 'riding pleasure!' Beach items are also provided for your convenience: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas , sand toys and a 'sand cart' to haul it all to the beach!!
Infant/children items are also available: highchair, pak'n'play (2), stroller, baby safety gates, child's bike and helmet

Our family stayed at this luxury vacation townhome last week and loved it. We stayed with our kids and grand-son, and loved everything.... The unit was very clean, well decorated, supplied and furnished. The rooms are all spacious, and the view from the roof-top unit of the sunsets on the Gulf were fabulous. (hot-tub on roof was great as well) The unit is new and well-maintained - it has lots of supplies for kids (beach toys, beach chairs, high-chair, stroller, etc.) It's just a short walk to Pier 60 and the shops/restaurants in downtown Clearwater Beach. Our family had a great stay at this luxury vacation townhome at Clearwater Beach. We travelled south from Canada with married kids and our grand-son. The condo is exactly as advertised; the photo's and descriptoin are accurate. The furnishings and decorations are terrific; the beds and linens new. The condo was super clean on our arrival. The kitchen is spacious, modern and well-stocked. The kids amenities (bikes, beach toys, high-chair, stroller) were a real plus. The 5 floors are a lot of stairs, but the elevator helps. The roof-top, c/w hot-tub, dining/lounge area and the views of the sunset were all top rated! We just loved the proximity to Pier 60, the restaurants and shopping downtown Clearwater Beach. This condo is very nice wasnt disappointed @ all very clean and plenty of room the elevator we couldnt have done without would recommend this place to anyoneRecommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We felt pampered--everything in the townhome was brand new and high quality, and a professional decorator's touch is obvious. The location is perfect--beach was so wonderful and so easy to get to, and we really appreciated the beach cart, towels and toys that were provided. The hot tub on the top floor is fun, and you could sit up there forever enjoying the amazing views. The grandkids also loved the playground right in front of the building. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The whole family is asking to return next year to the same rental.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

GULFVIEW RETREAT – PARK PLACE # 8 Rental Rules Agreement 1.CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME – Check-in time is 4 P.M. Check-out time is 10 A.M. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit - Absolutely no-smoking allowed inside. Smoking is allowed on rooftop terrace with all doors shut! (PLEASE NOTE: If cleaning crew smells smoke inside of unit, a $500 minimum charge will occur!) 3. NO PETS ALLOWED - Pets are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions. 4. RULES: a. No damage is to be done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster. d. Unit is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. No early check-in or late check-out (without prior approval) h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local law enforcement 5. PAYMENT –The balance of the entire total is due no less than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date. In some cases entire balance will be due 30 to 60 days prior to your arrival date. 6. CANCELLATIONS – Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or advance payments. 7. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to eight (8) persons. 9. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. Please do not remove white linens from the unit, beach towels are provided. 10. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice until payment has been made. 11. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 12. EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing, in advance. 13.HURRICANE OR TROPICAL STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless: a. the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. a mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: 1. any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, 2. any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3. any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 14.
