Beautiful apartment on the last floor in a new built residence with shared swimming pool. Constructed in 2008. The apartment has a large covered terrace (17m²) equipped with a lounge and a dining area. Situated on one of the first hills on the West side of Nice, the view on the Bay of Angels is fabulous, day and night! The apartment is fully equipped with new and high standard furniture. Equipped kitchen corner, living room/ dining room with flat screen TV, French windows accessing the terrace.
2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed each.
Shower room with toilet and 1 separate toilet. Garage for 1 car.
Bus stop 5 minutes from the apartment.
