We both come from small coastel towns in the panhandle of Florida. We grew up surrounded by water and enjoy all types of water sports. We met in 1994 and in fact our first date was a jet skiing date. We live accross the street from this rental and enjoy meeting all our guests. Many of our guests are repeat renters and enjoy the uniqueness that our smaller property has to offer. We are just a phone call away from telling you of the best local restaurants and attractions. There are many advantages in renting from local owners.

Thank you for such fa wonderful condo. The pictures on VRBO only show half of how beautiful the place is. A week was not long enough... in fact two of us stayed an extra night. For a week this condo was like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided so we saved money by cooking several meals. All the neighbors were so nice and the pool was always warm. Great location with perfect beach access. Thank you David and Judy for a vacation home away from home.

Just wanted to say that we were very impressed with hownice everything was. The unit was quiet, comfortable, clean and we loved the furniture and the decorations. My favorite piece is the dining table. It is very unique. We will definitely be staying again.

The unit is lovely. Very comfortable, nice bed. Being on the first floor at the quiet end, poolside is a plus,plus! So easy and safe for the baby. This is the easiest beach access we have ever stayed at. All the shor term and long term neighbors are very friendly. We will choose Oceanna # 5 again if we come this way again. The owners Judy and David were a call away. Thank you for a very lovely week.
