We grew up in the area and love it here. We seldom vacation because we are blessed to live in a vacation paradise.
Just one block away. If you like all you can eat King Crab legs and seafood, this is your place.
Great beach front dining. Family friendly, The cantina located inside Spinnaker is open on the weekends and serves great food at good prices. One of our favorite places to eat with great a view of the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the gulf
Min Golf, Several go-cart tracks and water bumperboats. Great place for kids.

We both come from small coastel towns in the panhandle of Florida. We grew up surrounded by water and enjoy all types of water sports. We met in 1994 and in fact our first date was a jet skiing date. We live accross the street from this rental and enjoy meeting all our guests. Many of our guests are repeat renters and enjoy the uniqueness that our smaller property has to offer. We are just a phone call away from telling you of the best local restaurants and attractions. There are many advantages in renting from local owners.

I keep coming back to this beach paradise! Dave and his wife have such a wonderful condo. It is clean and has all the comforts of home away from home! We love the big pool area as well as the closeness to the beach! This condo is in walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and attractions! Dave checks on his guest upon arrival to make sure they have all they need and/or have any concerns. On check out day, he checks in to make sure your stay was enjoyable. This is a PERFECT vacation spot and we are blessed to have found it! The neighbors at the other condos in this unit were very friendly! We will definitely be back the very next time we have some time off from work and school.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo for the week! Everything about our stay was great-from the SUPER short walk to the beach, to the pool right outside our door to the very nice neighbors. We know how wary you were about renting the unit out to two 20 year olds and a sixteen year old kid, but we appreciated your trust in us and we hope that we renewed your faith in young people. We really liked our condo. It was very nice and clean. The walk to the beach was not very far and that was a good thing. Wish the water would have been clear (July seagrass)maybe next time we come it will be. It was nice meeting you and you taking the time to meet us was nice. Time to go back to TN. We love Panama City Beach,

This is a very nice condo for couples. Nice cozy, clean and very well decorated which gives a true local feeling. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon. Even though the weather was not so nice we loved staying at the condo and eating local food at J. Michaels and Hunts oyster bar. We will come back soon.
