Welcome to this stunning beachfront home in Santa Barbara on Padaro Lane! You will not find a nicer beachfront home on VRBO! This terrific beachfront property is available for weekly and monthly rentals, our calendar is updated regularly.
This beach house is over 2,000 sq. ft with four separate sleeping areas that can accommodate up to ten comfortably. The home has three bedrooms, two baths and a large Sunroom with two convertible queen beds. The ground floor Master Suite features a king-sized bed, large private bath with a deep jacuzzi soaking tub, and a separate shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs with two twin mattresses in each room. All mattresses in the home are new and Temper-Pedic. Each bedroom is equipped with a Plasma TV and DVD player.
The home features a very large beach front deck with panoramic views of the ocean, and islands, and the property backs up to its own private beach! The home is fully equipped with upscale designer chaise lounge chairs, furnishings, an outdoor dining area and outdoor heaters. You can sit out on the deck, watch the dolphins, and see the kids enjoying themselves on the sand while you soak up the wonderful Santa Barbara sun!
The designer kitchen includes top of the line Wolf, Miele and Sub Zero appliances as well as all cooking utensils and enough dinnerware to serve a large group. There is a lovely wood burning fireplace in the living room with a 60' flat screen TV and DVD player with surround sound.
There is a large fenced yard for activities as well as an eight person jacuzzi tub. All boogie boards, beach towels and toys are included with the rental. This property is also gated with the utmost privacy. This very relaxed yet luxurious beach home truly has all that one would want in a lovely getaway on Padaro Lane.
