Indulge yourself in luxury in our 3 bedroom/3 bath lock-off, 3000Sq ft condo which includes a private hot tub on your balcony where you can sit and watch the whales spouting or if you are an early riser, watch the sun come up over the crystal blue waters of the Sea of Cortez. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves crashing, then walking right out to the sand on what seems to be your own private beach.

Each weeks rental INCLUDES 12 ROUNDS OF FREE GOLF at either Cabo Real, Campestre or Puerto Los Cabos courses.

The condo features custom hacienda style decor in every room, stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. Each room includes hand selected, beautiful artwork, quality furniture and fine linens. You can accommodate up to 8 people using the existing beds, up to 10 with roll-aways.

The condo features a large master suite with a king size bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom suite has two queen size beds and a full bathroom. The 2nd Master suite has a private entrance, and includes a king bed and private bath. The two main bedrooms are separated by a large living room area, affording all bedrooms maximum privacy - the perfect set-up for a family or a group of adults travelling together.

The large balcony space provides enough room outside for a dining table and lounge chairs ---all completely private!

This exclusive, world-class Zoetry Casa del Mar Hotel and Resort is located in the Los Cabos “Corridor”—mid-way between the bustling tourist community of Cabo San Lucas and the quaint, art-filled town of San Jose del Cabo and provides easy access via car, taxi, or shuttle bus from the airport.

Another wonderful stay

My family has now stayed in Kathy’s unit multiple times over the years, and couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience renting from her. So helpful and a pleasure to interact with. It also helps that the Casa Del Mar property is absolutely stunning - the combination of the beach, pools, manicured grounds and location provide the best value I’ve seen in Los Cabos. We’ve been going down there since the 90’s and now stay here every time. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a truly wonderful stay at Las Residencias over New Year's week. Kathy was helpful and incredibly responsive from the get-go, and you can't beat the quality of the unit - clean, big, private (especially your personal hot tub on the terrace) and terrific views. The Casa del Mar complex itself is immaculate, with a pool right outside the unit, a spa, a large pool with a bar/food and amazing beach access. Have been coming down to Cabo for almost 30 years and have landed on Las Residencias being our place to stay. Thanks again!

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. We used the infinity hot tub on the balcony every afternoon. The people working at the hotel were very nice, helpful and spoke English very well. The pool and grounds were nicely kept and we went into San Jose almost every night for dinner which was great fun. It was one of the most relaxing vacations my family and I have taken in a long time.

Five Star Property

We stayed at Las Residancias with our four adult children and our sons fiancee January 3-10 2015. We have previously stayed at the Hilton and have rented other condos at Casa Del Mar. Kathy was great to deal with on the booking, and although payment was by check, which typically is not recommended, everything went smoothly. Kathy was 100% reliable to book with and everything was as expected. The unit is beautiful! As nice as a five star hotel, except bigger and better! There is daily maid service, like a hotel and the pool area is wonderful. It is a short stroll to the main hotel pool, which was open while we were there although the hotel was closed post hurricane. They still provided drink service though to the private Las Residancias pool. The personal hot tub on the deck was a hit with our older kids and we often ate there, in addition we had a few meals catered in by Denis Catering and A Matter of Taste Catering. All fantastic! Tennis courts were fun as we're the long walks on the quiet beaches. The swimmable Hilton cove is 10-15 minute walk and the town of San Jose and it's great restaurants are a 10-15 minute cab ride. Loved Floras Farms, El Matador and Don Sanchez! Fishing in Todos Santos with local fisherman was a hoot catching Eldorado, and whale and sea lion watching. Book with Todos Eco Adventures! We also spent two afternoons at sister property Casa Dorada on Medano beach and hung out where there is more action and the shops at the Marina. Cabo is only 15-20 minutes away. If you are looking for a first class vacation in the corridor near the action but not in it, if you are want a place to enjoy great accomodations, great beach walks with a great central location to all the area has to offer? This is it. If your looking for all you can drink parties, loud music and big crowds with drunk teenagers you'll have to go somewhere else!
