We have awesome rates for both in-season and off-season.
This spacious town home was built in 2003 and has 1800 square feet of spacious living space. It has a large master suite with queen bed and full bath. It also has a second large queen bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with pyramid style bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top. The queen room and bunk room share a second full bath.
A powder room is on the main level. The large sun room has central air and heat and a double sofa bed. Its French doors can be closed for privacy. All rooms have cable TV and VCR/DVD.
This house is also equipped with Wireless internet so you can surf the Web and the waves while staying here. :)
This townhome is located two easy miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. You won't have to deal with the lights and traffic on Route 26, because this house is located on a low traffic road (Just off Kent Ave.) which intersects with side streets that cross Route 1 and end at the ocean.
It's only a very short walk to the large community pool and tennis court.
This house is also located within minutes of Ocean City, Dewey and Rehoboth beaches.
This place is great for bird watchers, fisherman, and shell seekers. It's great for families.

The condo was just like the pictures. It was close to Bethany Beach. It was just a short drive away to Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach. Bethany Beach was a little too crowded for our taste so we went to Fenwick Island state park. Great beach and not too crowded. The condo was clean and had all the things we might need to cook. There were beach chairs and kids toys. Everything you might need for a day at the beach. Nice deck with a grill that we made use of. One thing we did have a problem with was finding the place. We ended up going to the fire department for directions. We called the owner but he never returned our calls. All in all it was a great place and we would stay there again.

Our family decided to rent instead of camping, we are so glad that we rented this place. We would do it again!
