LOCATION – LOCATION - LOCATION:
Imagine Peak 9 ski area just 150 yards away with the QuickSilver high-speed lift and only a block from Main Street shops and restaurants. Peak 9 and 10 cater to all levels of skiers and the base area has the ski / boarding school, ski rentals, childcare and the medical clinic. The town shuttle bus stops down the block to take you to Peak 7 and 8 or the depot with connections to Copper Mountain, Keystone and A-Basin. With the condo being so close, it's convenient to come back for lunch and a rest.
Adjacent to the condo are the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and the heated swimming pool, open winter and summer. If hiking, mountain biking and fishing is your desire, the Blue River and mountain trails are just across the street.
LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN AND BALCONY HIHGLIGHTS:
The sunny great room features mountain décor, vaulted ceilings, a game table, custom woodwork and a gas fireplace. Relax on the sectional and recliners in front of the 40” flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen has an eating bar to seat 3 and opens to the dining area with seating for 6. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony with chairs and a gas grill to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.
BEDROOM AND BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a loft bedroom. The private, spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, 21” TV and a full bath. Upstairs are a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and the 2nd full bath; outside the 2nd bedroom is the loft bedroom with two twin beds. Including the fold out sofa bed, the condo will sleep 8 comfortably.
OTHER CONVENIENCES:
Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, free washer/dryer, ski locker and a private covered parking space. The entry / mudroom is equipped with heated boot racks… ahhh… dry, warm boots in the morning.

A WORLD CLASS WINTER PLAYGROUND:
Peak 9 ski area is 150 yards walk from your condo, with the Quick Silver high-speed lift, ski schools, rental shops and childcare. Peak 9 offers beginner, intermediate and advanced ski runs... with snow making from top to bottom. From Peak 9 you have direct access to Peak 10 and Peak 7 & 8 via downhill runs and lifts. Ice Skateing is open to the public at Breck's new indoor and outdoor skating arenas just 3 blocks away. Backcountry / cross-country skiing is nearby as well.
At the end of the block you can board the FreeRide bus to take you around Breckenridge, or with connections to the Summit County shuttle to the other great Summit County Ski Resorts: Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Frisco.
SUMMER FUN OUT YOUR BACK DOOR:
Go hiking out your back door or on several 14K peaks nearby. Biking along the Blue River or on mountain. To the front of the complex is the Blue River with great hiking, fishing and mountain biking is right out your door. Are you motivated to climb one of several nearby 14,000 foot peak, Quandry Peak is just 2 miles away.
