LOCATION – LOCATION – LOCATION:
Imagine a mountain retreat less than 5 minutes walking distance to the Quicksilver high-speed lift in the Peak 9 village, and only a block from Main Street's shops and restaurants. Very few places in Breckenridge offer a location so close to both the mountain and downtown. Peak 9 caters to all levels of skiers, and the village has a ski and snowboarding school, equipment rentals, locker rentals, childcare, a medical clinic, and shops and restaurants. With the condo being so close to the mountain, it's convenient to come back for lunch and a rest.
The condo has two indoor hot tubs and two outdoor hot tubs, and a heated outdoor swimming pool, open winter and summer. If you like hiking, mountain biking and fishing, the Blue River and mountain trails are just across the street. If you want to explore other ski areas, the town shuttle bus stops just down the block to take you to the depot with connections to Copper Mountain, Keystone and A-Basin.
LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN AND BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS:
The open, sunny great room features mountain décor, vaulted ceilings, a game table, custom woodwork, and a gas fireplace. Relax on the new, luxurious leather couches in front of the 40” LCD flat screen TV, or watch DVDs. The well-equipped kitchen has an eating bar to seat 3 and opens to a dining area with seating for 6. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony with chairs and a gas grill to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.
BEDROOM AND BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a loft bedroom. The private, spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, TV and a full bath. Upstairs are a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and the 2nd full bath; outside the 2nd bedroom is the loft bedroom with two twin beds. We also have a crib available, as well as a stair gate for the little ones. Including the fold out sofa bed, the condo will sleep 8 comfortably. As a corner unit, the condo is bright and open with lots of windows on all sides.
OTHER CONVENIENCES:
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi, free washer/dryer, a ski locker and a private covered parking space. The entry / mudroom is equipped with a bench, plenty of coat hooks, and heated boot racks… ahhh… dry, warm boots in the morning.
Want to explore? Your condo is located near a FreeRide bus stop to shuttle you around Breckenridge and connect you to the Summit County shuttle to Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Frisco.
A WORLD CLASS WINTER PLAYGROUND:
Peak 9 base area is 150 yard walk from your condo. There, you'll find the QuickSilver high-speed lift, ski schools, rental shops, and childcare, and on-mountain dining at The Maggie. Peak 9 offers beginner, intermediate and advanced ski runs... with snow making from top to bottom. From the top of the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9, you can ski right down to lifts that will take you to the tops of Peaks 8 and 10, so getting around the mountain is easy. Ice skating is open to the public at Breck's new indoor and outdoor skating arenas just 3 blocks away. Backcountry / cross-country skiing is nearby as well.
At the end of the block, you can board the FreeRide bus to take you around Breckenridge, or with connections to the Summit County shuttle to the other great Summit County Ski Resorts: Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Frisco.

When we first saw this Timbernest condo, we knew it was perfect for our family! This is a unique location in Breckenridge - a short walk to both the mountain/ski lifts and downtown and the shops and restaurants on Main Street.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We've worked hard to make it comfortable for families, as is evident from reading our online guest comments. We stay in the condo as well as rent it out, and are always making updates to make it better for ourselves and for our guests.
Walk across the street to the paved trail which takes you across the bridge at Maggie Pond to the lift ticket office and Quicksilver high speed lift. A 3-4 minute scenic walk.
Heated outdoor pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor hot tubs. There is a clubhouse with toilets, lockers, shower and changing room.
The Blue Moose is a great place for breakfast. Also in this plaza are My Thai; Cold Stone; Cecelia's Bar; and, Lucha Colorado Cantina.
Carter Park has a great sledding hill. We keep sleds on the porch for guests to use. The park also has tennis courts and a children's playground.

My husband and our 2 children stayed here for a ski weekend along with another couple that also had 2 children. Because of the layout, this condo worked well for our needs even with 2 couples and 4 kids! The upstairs bedroom was perfect for the kiddos and has its own bathroom, which made it nice for the adults to hang out after the kids were in bed and play games/enjoy some wine. This condo is very close to the ski lifts on Peak 9 , which was convenient since we were able to come and go from the condo very easily. There wasn't much snow during our stay, but when the snow is at its peak, I am sure you could easily ski from the condo to the lifts! The flatscreen tv was perfect for enjoying some football by the fire and we loved the bar area in the kitchen ! All in all this was a great place to stay and we'll definitely be staying here again. I had a great time at a girls' weekend at this condo. The location was perfect for walking to happy hour and a nice dinner, and it was fantastic to return to the condo afterwards for an evening of games and good company. The setting was perfect for spending time with friends, and the condo was outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

The location of this condo is terrific, with it being a short walk to the chair lifts on Peak 9. It is easy to get to Peak 8 and 7 as well with shuttle service pick up near by. The amenities, such as lotion, soaps, hair dryer, etc etc are a nice extra touch. The kitchen is extremely well stocked so that it is easy to eat all 3 meals in, if desired. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. My young boys loved the loft area and the board games that were in the condo. The owners provided valuable information about Breckenridge and the unit prior to our arrival. We would recommend this condo for anyone and it is especially convenient if skiing with kids.

We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks and it was just as the listing described. We loved the large living area with open plan kitchen. It was a super place to relax, cook and unwind after a day on the slopes. It was spacious, clean and very conveniently located in terms of the ski lift, pools and the Breckenridge Brewery! The owners went out of their way to assist with our queries. If we ever returned we would certainly like to stay there again.

We enjoyed a short walk to downtown Breck. Happy hour/dinner is perfect at the Quandary Grill-- Breck has a wonderful atmosphere. The outdoor hot tub at the condo was very relaxing after a great day skiing.

We had an awesome time at this condo in early November. We had 4 adults and 5 young kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The new furniture in the dining and living room was great. Walking to some great restaurants, shops and a park in town was close and easy, through a tree-lined path. The ski lifts would be an easy walk in the winter, too. We enjoyed the flat screen TV and supply of games. The kitchen was big enough to do some cooking and baking, and was well stocked with basic supplies.

We headed up from Highlands Ranch, CO for a short but much needed 2 night getaway. This condo's location is amazing! We were able to walk to everything such as restaurants, shops, grocery store etc... The amenities of the condo exceeed my expectations and we certainly look forward to staying here again. We loved our weekend in Breck and our stay in your home! The location is excellent - only a very short three minute walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. Even with four adults and two toddlers, your home gave us enough room to enjoy spending time together while also providing quiet space in the loft bedroom and sitting room or on the deck to relax away from others. The gas fireplace provided instant warmth without the need to turn on the heat which was nice since last weekend was warm during the day but cooler at night. The cathedral ceiling in the living room and dining room added to the spacious feel of your home. The dining table and the counter in the kitchen provide plenty of eating space. The condo was clean and very well maintained. I really liked the flat-screen TV. It came in handy for watching football. I would definitely recommend your condo to my friends and family. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
