4 Bedrooms/3.5 Baths - sleeps up to 10
Master Bedroom - located on 2nd floor - has king size bed, brilliant ocean views and beautiful en-suite bath with deluxe walk in shower complete with pebble floor. Flat screen TV and Access to Large Sun Deck. A true luxury.
2nd Master Bedroom - located on 1st floor - has king size bed, ensuite bath, TV, attaches to large screen porch. Bath has custom cabinetry, granite counters, new floors and water fixtures.
3rd Bedroom - Kids Bunk Room
Fun colorful room designed with kids in mind.
Set of bunk beds along with 2 additional twins and private updated bath with granite countertops, - can accommodate up to 4 children.
4th Bedroom
4th Bedroom can function as a TV/sitting room by day and bedroom at night. This cozy space has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and twin day bed. Access to a private screened porch, can accommodate 1-2 guests.
Screen Porch - an enlarged screen porch is off the rear of the house providing shade and great breezes just beckoning you to come sit down on a swing and relax with a cocktail.
You have all of this at home and yet the ocean and board walk are just outside your door. You are at the beach within 3-4 minutes. You can't even park any closer. There is an outside shower for quick convenient rinsing after the beach and lots of storage for all the provided beach toys and boogie boards. Additionally, there is a toy and game closet and a "pack-n-play" for the youngest in your group. There is covered parking, a gas grill, and beach chairs for your use.
Country Club privileges are included with this house ($150 value) so that all of Seabrook Island's ammenities are at your disposal.
This includes use of a multi million dollar Club House with state of art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, spa services, group fitness classes, an equestrian cente , two golf courses, a crabbing dock, fifteen Har-Tru composition tennis courts, kids club, playground, recreation center, bike rentals, organized kayaking/wildlife trips, four swimming pools, meeting facilities and restaurants.
Kiawah Island is located adjacent to Seabrook where there are additional golf courses and dining options.
A Marina is located just off the island where you can rent boats, sign up to go deep sea fishing and explore the area further.
Additionally, a new upscale shopping center, located just off the island, is another great place for all your shopping needs -offering a gourment grocery store, day spa, restaurants and entertainment options.
There is an on-site property manager should any problems arise during your stay. In the event of an emergency, they can be reached 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We fell in love with Seabrook on our first visit to the island over 10 years ago. We bought a smaller property on day 5 of our vacation. We had an opportunity to upgrade to our favorite part of the island, North Beach, and are thrilled to finally have the vacation home of our dreams.

Seabrook is not only beautiful, but so peaceful and one with nature. Every dawn and dusk you will see the deer walking around the house and grazing on the vegetation. You not only see the ocean, but you feel and hear it's ebbs and flows and smell the tranquil salt water air. You are bound to see nature's beauty in every step - beautiful sea shells on the beach, an amazing assortment of birds on all the bodies of water on the island and the graceful dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Life doesn't get much better than this!

I am a huge fan of Seabrook Island and love the beautiful natural setting. My husband and I have two children and permanently reside in Atlanta. We all love to escape to Seabrook for relief from a more stressful city life. I am an interior designer and love making indoor spaces just as beautiful as the outside.

Our family loved the beach house! The decorations are fun & colorful. Our 2.5 year old was delighted to find the closet with toys. We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The kitchen remodel makes a huge difference in the layout. Everything is bright and airy. We loved the proximity to the beach and the breeze on the porch. The children were at home in the bunk room and had great fun in the downstairs den.

We also appreciated the abundance of towels and linens.....the kids all loved the bunk bed room and said how comfy the beds were:) the remodels you had done are really beautiful! It made such a huge difference to have that beautiful kitchen open to the rest of the living room. And the large screened in porch downstairs was such a nice spot to drink coffee in the morning or for the kids to relax after the beach. We love Seabrook and have gone every summer for the past 8 years, your house was just perfect for my family and my parents this year. Thanks again and we will definitely be renting from you again! Our family had a wonderful time in SC! Your home is so lovely- your decorating is just right for the beach. We loved the house and the location couldn't have been more perfect- short walk to pool and beach. Seabrook is great- we can't imagine searching for a better island. We had a terrific time! Your house is beautiful. We rented bikes and really enjoyed the island. The kids swam in the pool daily (thank goodness it was heated), and I got a great tan. You were right about finding areas at the pool that block the wind! The amenity cards worked out fine. (I used the gym, the kids went horseback riding). We really got to relax and read books, take walks, enjoy good food, etc.. We also enjoyed Charleston, although the kids preferred to play at the island more. I would recommend your house to anyone.

We had a great time. The decor was beautiful. The kids really loved the place. The day we left they were asking about going back next summer. My brother and all his family stayed on Seascape Ct. so we were all real close together. The proximity of the boardwalk was also a big hit. Thanks for opening your door to us.
