Choose where you would like to lounge - upstairs laying on the sun deck overlooking the ocean, swinging on a covered porch listening to the roar of the surf or playing one of many provided games at a table either inside or out. This beautiful beach home is in the best location on Seabrook - North Beach. Fabulous views not only of the ocean but also of a natural wildlife preserve and even a community pool across the street.
This is a 5 star rated home professionally designed to make you have everything you need for a perfect vacation. The home has been lovingly decorated with all new comfortable furnishings, bedding, flooring, lighting, custom window treatments, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen and refurbished baths. If nature is not enough, there are 4 televisions, DVD player, i-pod docking station, Bose stereo, VCR, high speed wireless internet and a fax machine. Truly a home away from home and in the perfect location on the island. Life doesn't get much better than this!
All of this at home and yet the ocean and board walk are just outside your door. You are at the beach within 3-4 minutes. You can't even park any closer. There is an outside shower for quick convenient rinsing after the beach and lots of storage for all the provided beach toys and boogie boards. Additionally, there is a toy and game closet and a "pack-n-play" for the youngest in your group. There is covered parking, a gas grill, and beach chairs for your use.
The home has a reverse floor plan with living spaces and the master on the 2nd floor and remaining bedrooms on main level. The home is best served for 1- 2 families.

Fully Stocked Kitchen with seperate Breakfast Room (seats 4) and Dining Room (seats 6).

The main floor has 3 additional bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry area.

Country Club privileges are available with this house ($150 value) so that all of Seabrook Island's ammenities are at your disposal. This includes use of a multi million dollar Club House with state of art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, spa services, group fitness classes, an equestrian center which offers beachside horseback riding, two golf courses, a crabbing dock, fifteen Har-Tru composition tennis courts, kids club, playground, recreation center, bike rentals, organized kayaking/wildlife trips, four swimming pools, meeting facilities and restaurants.
Kiawah Island is located adjacent to Seabrook where there are additional golf courses and dining options. A Marina is located just off the island where you can rent boats, sign up to go deep sea fishing and explore the area further. Additionally, a new upscale shopping center, located just off the island, is another great place for all your shopping needs -offering a gourment grocery store, day spa, restaurants and entertainment options.
There is an on-site property manager should any problems arise during your stay. In the event of an emergency, they can be reached 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

We fell in love with Seabrook on our first visit to the island over 10 years ago. We bought a smaller property on day 5 of our vacation. We had an opportunity to upgrade to our favorite part of the island, North Beach, and are thrilled to finally have the vacation home of our dreams.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
Seabrook is not only beautiful, but so peaceful and one with nature. Every dawn and dusk you will see the deer walking around the house and grazing on the vegetation. You not only see the ocean, but you feel and hear it's ebbs and flows and smell the tranquil salt water air. You are bound to see nature's beauty in every step - beautiful sea shells on the beach, an amazing assortment of birds on all the bodies of water on the island and the graceful dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Life doesn't get much better than this!

We had a terrific time! Your house is beautiful. We rented bikes and really enjoyed the island. The kids swam in the pool daily (thank goodness it was heated), and I got a great tan. You were right about finding areas at the pool that block the wind! The amenity cards worked out fine. (I used the gym, the kids went horseback riding). We really got to relax and read books, take walks, enjoy good food, etc.. We also enjoyed Charleston, although the kids preferred to play at the island more. I would recommend your house to anyone.

We had a great time. The decor was beautiful. The kids really loved the place. The day we left they were asking about going back next summer. My brother and all his family stayed on Seascape Ct. so we were all real close together. The proximity of the boardwalk was also a big hit. Thanks for opening your door to us.

I want to thank you for sharing your wonderful beach house with us. We loved the bright and cheery decor of the house. (As my sister-in-law asked, "How could anyone be depressed here?") And your house had everything that we could possibly need... from soap to spices to board games. Also we realized that your house is about as close to the beach as a house on Seabrook Island can be. My children could bike to the end of the boardwalk in a few minutes and their grandparents could make the walk with little effort. This was our first visit to Seabrook Island. We absolutely loved the beach! Thank you so much for helping to make our reunion and vacation so special for me and my family. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in your house and on Seabrook Island.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your beautiful home at Seabrook. We did not win much tennis, but we had a great time. The weather could not have been lovlier. Seabrook is still a beautiful island. I went to St. Christopher as a child and loved it then. Whoever developed it did a wonderful job of preserving its pristine beauty. Hello, it's Vann here. Had to tell you how wonderful everything was for us. The house is very thoughtfully arranged for guests and their children. And THANKS for the beautiful flowers! I always stop at Rosebank to get some and I didn't need to do that this time. They lasted the entire week. The 2 babies enjoyed the fruits of the toy closet and the 9 month old loved hanging out in the mirrored niche beside the fireplace. The 6 month old Buddha baby just sat around and drooled and looked adorable. Hope we can return soon again.
