I can't say enough nice things about this home and the owners. Christine was always very prompt with her emails and quick to answer questions. Joe was at the house next door and was so helpful. He went above and beyond what I expected and was so helpful. We feel we gained a friend and will definitely rent with them next time we vacation up in Northern Wisconsin. Rent this place, you won't be dissappointed!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 5/5

If you are looking for a relaxing and hassle free vacation get-away, Eagles' Rest is where you and your family can enjoy the outdoors and have a great time together. The owners, Joe and Christine have thought of everything to make your visit comfortable and worry free. The home is large and well maintained. There is a fishing boat and motor for the fishermen, satellite TV/VCR and dozens of movies for the kids, a fully equiped kitchen and BBQ tools for those who like to cook, and even binoculars to watch the eagles, ospreys and herons that fly over the lake. If we needed anything during our stay, all we had to do was ask. Joe even taught us how to filet our day's catch! We spent our week fishing, playing golf at some very fine courses nearby, hunting for souvenirs in Hayward, sampling great food at nearby restaurants, and sitting down by the pier to enjoy the lake and the eagles overhead. We even got up early one morning to watch the beautiful sunrise over the lake - but went back to bed afterwards. We look forward to another trip to Eagles' Rest!Did you find this review helpful?
