This 2 bedroom 1 bath villa is on the ground floor and overlooks the swimming pool. Newly redecorated in 2005 this villa features a separate living area and an eat-in kitchen. Guests enjoy an on-site pool. Unit bedding includes one king bed, two twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Porcine tile and carpeted floors with new appliances and TV with DVD and VCR. Laundromat just down the hall on the same floor.

ME AND MY WIFE AND ANOTHER COUPLE HAVE STAYED AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON HILTON HEAD FOR YEARS. THE LAST 3 YEARS WE'VE STAYED HERE AND WE REFUSE TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH, THE STORES, AND RESTAURANTS. THE CONDO IS GROUND LEVEL BESIDE THE POOL, WHICH WE ENJOY. THE CONDO IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND HAS ROOM FOR 2 COUPLES WITHOUT GETTING IN EACH OTHERS WAY. THE BEST THING ABOUT THE LOCATION IS THAT YOU CAN PARK WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DRIVE AGAIN DURING YOUR VACATION UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY ON YOUR NEXT STAY IN HILTON HEAD.
