Welcome to Haymoon Resort! We are a located on seventeen acres in a non-commercialized beautiful estate setting with extensive landscaping, acres of lush lawns, pine woods and many water features. Centrally located to all Flathead Valley attractions including Glacier National Park & Big Mountain Ski Resort, we are only five minutes from downtown Whitefish.
For your enjoyment at the resort, we have a large commercial sized Hot Tub, Sauna/Steamer , Rec Room with ping pong & games for the children. Outdoor volleyball, horseshoes, and firepits. We also have an acre 'pond' which is great for using our canoe or rowboat.
The Flowermoon Lodge is lovingly decorated in Montana lodge decor with log beds, custom pine furniture, antiques, original art work and fireplaces for chilly nights. Our accommodations offer a great blend of elegance and comfort! Attention to detail is foremost with completely equipped kitchens, down to wine glasses and 'lodge' style dishes.
We even have a starter package which includes Coffees, Teas, Paper Towels, TP, Tissue, Napkins, Dish and Laundry Detergent, Salt and Pepper, as well as our special lavender herbal 'Haymoon' toiletries. Our guests are always delighted upon arrival and many have commented 'we love the website but this is so much more.'
The Lodge represents our most deluxe accommodation encompassing thirty five hundred square feet. The inside of this lovely lodge sleeps as many as twenty people with four separate living areas for quieter, solitary quiet moments, but also has large areas for large group together times. The large library has an extensive collection of books and cushy leather sofas to sink into.
There is a TV & DVD in the downstairs family room & lots of comfortable furniture in the upstairs gathering room for stretching out. There are five bedrooms ( 1 King, 3 Queen & 1 with 2 sets of Bunks, 3 futons w/good quality mattresses), plus additional sleeping areas and three full bathrooms.
The large king suite has sitting area & master bath suite with soaking tub. The kitchen has full size kitchen appliances, complete tableware, cooking & serving dishes, tons of counter space, lots of ammenities including a large pantry for all your groceries for your larger group.
Smaller details such as coffee grinder, extra large coffee pot and 'lodge' style dishes make this a terrific kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer, microwave, phone, wood stove as well as fireplace for extra warmth and ambience, and two zone air conditioning for summer if needed.
The Flowermoon Lodge Complex which includes the lodge & two guest quarters in the adjoining building, is great for larger groups, such as family reunions or retreats, and will sleep up to a total of 32. We also have log cabins (SEE VRBO #72628-'Elegant Log Cabin') which will bring sleeping accommodations at the resort up to fifty.

We host many large family reunions, weddings and retreats each year and have been told this is 'the perfect spot for family reunions and get togethers,' by our many guests. Spacious grounds allow getting together times and yet the six separate guest quarters allow for individual and family refreshment time as well. The best of both worlds!
