We just returned home from a week vacation in which we stayed at the Chateau Le Mer. I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. Our condo had all the necessities and was the perfect size for our family of 5. We loved how close to the beach it was but also close to all the shopping and restaurants. We are already planning a trip for next year in which we plan to stay at the same condo for 2 weeks.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

It was everything we needed for a very reasonable price. We especially liked the fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. It was very quiet and conveniently close to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Our visit to 3A was fantastic. We booked at the last minute for a quick weekend getaway and everything went smoother than expected! We love renting with Shoredreams. Easy process and the best rates in NW Florida!

We loved the big backyard, my kids played outside blowing bubbles all day, it was close to the pool that wasn't crowded, and a short walk to the beach. We loved it, we will visit again.

We always enjoy coming to Destin and this unit met our needs in every way. Since we had two small dachshunds, having the lawn in the back was perfect. The neighbors were very friendly to us and made us feel as if we lived there. I have already recommended this unit to my parents. I think the size and layout would fit their needs perfectly.

We stayed here in May 2007 for our first wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as described. It was so nice to find a one bedroom place. I would love to vacation here again!
