- The beach house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and we are committed to keeping it peaceful. If you're looking to party this is NOT the house for you.
- Bright, light-filled house on a cul-de-sac, just 0.5 miles (~10 minute walk) through a nice residential beach community to Seacliff State Beach.
- Backyard relaxation - read a book in the hammock or enjoy a game of bocce ball
- Fully equipped kitchen complete with Wolf gas stove
- Outside dining on both front and back patios
- Living room includes a gas fireplace for a beautiful warm fire at the click of a switch
- 2 bedroom, 1 bath; two queen beds and a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa
- All you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard and beach toys; outdoor shower for rinsing off
- High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Pandora, Internet TV, No cable or local channels),
- Full-size washer and dryer; scent-free laundry detergent
- Walk to local Seacliff favorites - Marianne's Ice Cream parlor and Pizza My Heart
- Convenient, five-minute drive to Safeway, coffee shops and Aptos Farmers Market
- Complimentary use of vehicle day use pass for local state parks and beaches
- Like all beaches in northern California we do get visits from seals, dolphins, whales and the occasional shark. We like to call it nature ... please plan accordingly.
- Due to Santa Cruz County restrictions no events or parties allowed on the property
- Check-in is 4:00pm, and check out is 11:00am. We can accommodate early check in or late check out depending on availability. Please confirm with owner before making plans.
- The beach house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized per California Guidelines after each guest.
- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival. NO REFUND if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival. If you are concerned about cancelling due to Covid or other emergencies, please buy travel insurance. We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Beautiful Aptos beach house!

Cook’s house was perfect for our family getaway! Beautiful, clean, and just a short distance away from Seacliff Beach. The outdoor space was really special, and the house had a lot of thoughtful touches.

Fantastic

This was one of the most well appointed, beautiful vacation rentals we have ever used! 2 outdoor patios and seating areas, a hammock, 2 sets of french doors, and all the amenities PLUS outdoor games and lights. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The location was fantastic as well, and Colm was a wonderful host. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Our family has been coming to the beaches around Santa Cruz for 25 years and has always dreamed of owning a slice of the beach life. We fell in love with this classic beach house with its light-filled rooms and open floor plan. The neighborhood and the neighbors are fantastic, and it's just a short walk to one of the best beaches on the north coast. We love spending our weekends relaxing by the ocean with friends and family and are excited to open our home to guests who share our passion for beach life.
