Ocean front family & pet friendly charming cozy cottage with beach access.

Unique cozy oceanfront 2 level cottage with amazing ocean views from multiple rooms and the outdoor hot tub. A private neighborhood pathway 100 yards away leads directly to the beach. A spiral staircase connects the 2 levels inside the house, and the lower level can also be directly accessed by stairs from the outside. It is a quiet getaway that is perfect for small families. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms feature modern decor with stainless steel appliances and modern lighting. A Tesla charging port was just added to the exterior for the convenience of our guests.
4 Adults allowed per night [includes teens who are 15+], and when including small children, up to 6 persons total can be accommodated. We tend to attract small families looking for a beachfront home to satisfy every whim. While we serve the local family vacationers, long term Corporate renters are welcome during the off season months. Our beautiful home has all the amenities one would need, from the kitchen stocked with most appliances for creating that dream meal, to the free wireless set up with free streaming service, and flat screen TV's in the living area (upper level) and the bedroom (lower level) for a fine quality of entertainment . A local landline phone is provided as well. We welcome ONE small family dog (50 lbs max) for a $50 fee per booking. There is ample space to spread out with separate levels for both privacy and relaxation. We are also located in a very quiet pet friendly residential neighborhood.
Enjoy sweeping views of The Arroyo Greenbelt and Sunset Beach. Spot seals, dolphins and whales from our 2 private decks or watch Squid harvesting at night when in season. Relax in the private hot tub and watch the white water waves. You can explore the outlying areas for amusement, book a kayaking trip in Moss Landing or head north for a full day at The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, or take a trip to any of the local wineries. Spend the afternoon browsing in the shops in the quaint Capitola Village. Heading South, explore Downtown Monterey and the Monterey Bay Marine Aquarium. A few miles further places you right in the center of Carmel By The Sea. Whether you choose north or south - a full day of fun, entertainment and relaxation awaits you.
You can also relax all day on our two decks facing the ocean and the beach with an exciting book and a glass of wine, or just chill in the hot tub located on the lower deck.
A week long stay will allow you to explore our beautiful Central Coast and leave you with memories to last a lifetime!
Month long bookings are NOT accepted during June, July and August, as we have returning guests who love to enjoy our home during this period. Bookings for 28 days or more are charged 2 cleaning fees, so that a cleaning service can be provided during their stay.
There is open parking space available for ONE CAR ONLY in front of the house.
NO SMOKING OR USE OF ILLICIT DRUGS allowed on the property or in our private neighborhood - including our personal indoor and outdoor space surrounding this property.
The stairs leading to the beach from our lower level is for ADULT USE ONLY, and not recommended for small children, especially after sunset. Please use the neighborhood pathway when accompanied by children under 8 years of age.
