Welcome to River's Edge
This beautiful riverside home is located in Breckenridge. An easy 10 minute walk to Main Street, this non-smoking home is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. You'll enjoy sunny views and sound of the Blue River from the back deck. It is located very close to a (free) shuttle stop for easy access to the slopes.
This five bedroom home has ample open space (4800 square feet) for large groups and many private spaces. It is elegantly furnished to make your vacation comfortable as well as memorable. On the main (street) level is the master bedroom suite with a gas fireplace, a memory-foam king size bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a door that opens to the back deck with views of the mountains and the river. The master bedroom has a TV and DVD. The main level has an open design with a large kitchen, family room, and living room.
There is a formal dining room that seats 10 while the kitchen area seats another eight people. The kitchen is well equipped to entertain for a crowd with a wine cooler, double oven, gas range, granite island and is open to the family room.
The cozy family room has a large stone fireplace and views to the river and an HDTV TV and sound system. The deck has outdoor table and chairs for summer dining and a gas grill. Laundry facilities are available on the main level as well as a two car heated garage.
The upper level of the house sleeps eight people with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms (two queen and two twins). Each of the rooms is decorated with quality linens and furniture and all have brand new mattresses. The queen bedrooms have excellent views of the river and wooded area behind the house. One of the twin bedrooms can be converted to a King upon request.

The lower level is the place for kids and young at heart to hang out. It is a huge area with a full bathroom, a pool table, large sectional sleeper sofa, futon sofa and TV as well as a separate media room with new large screen HDTV, sound system and DVD/video library. We provide one inflatable mattress for additional sleeping on lower level. You can walk out to the back yard and private hot tub from the lower level. The backyard slopes down towards the river where we have a fire pit and adironack chairs.
The house is also equipped with wireless high speed internet - bring your own computer. Linens, cleaning, trash pickup, hot-tub cleaning and snow plowing/shovelling are included in the weekly price. River's Edge has a 2-car garage for your convenience, in-floor radiant heat, and a stereo system throughout the home. All this, plus being only 5 minutes from Breckenridge (in Warriors Mark/Riverwood), makes River's Edge the ultimate home for your vacation.

Because it has fabulous activities all year round, it's always cool in the summer providing a much needed respite from the heat in Florida. Breckenridge has a real town with many full time residents and its an easy drive from Denver airport.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We like the layout of the house with active living on main level, sleeping on third level, and kids entertainment downstairs. We cherish the views and sounds of the river, and being close to town. The great thing about our house and Breckenridge in general is that our teenage kids love it as much as the adults.

We are a family living in Pensacola Beach and we love the mountains. We travel to Breck three or four times a year to enjoy the house and to make sure we keep it in perfect condition for our guests to enjoy.

What a wonderful time we had! Your home is beautiful and it was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed the large dining room where we shared delicious dinners and rowdy Yahtzee games! The friendly visiting fox was a treat for us all. He peaked in the front door each evening. We named him "Pat". The small children loved taking their baths in the large tub and the teens loved the home theater. I loved the warm fireplace after skiing. Very convenient location on the bus line. Arrived to a nice welcome from Nancy with a bottle of wine. Off to a great start. The house is perfect - best designed house we have been in for 14 people - three generations from ages 8 to 75! Skiing and weather great. We talked, laughed, sang and danced - good thing it is winter and windows are closed! This has been one of the best family get togethers we have had and we do this about every 3-5 years. We have already recommended yoru house to several other families. Thanks.

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home for a family reunion. There were eleven people in all and there was plenty of room. We had a couple of snow days with a a high of 10 degrees and did not need to turn on the heat at all. The fireplace worked great to add any warmth. Nancy introduced herself to us just as we arrived and was very kind to offer suggestions or any help we might need. We skied in Breckenridge and also went to Vail which was relatively close - about an hour trip door to the slopes. Also found that for grocery shopping you really have to go to City Market to get what you need. We definitely want to come back some day. our family came from Fort Collins, Denver, El Cajon California and San Diego. Everything was fabulous. Thanks!

THere were 10 of us in your lovely house and we loved it! We never felt crowded and we each found our own perfect corner of heaven - the kids playing pool, the grandparents in the hot-tub, the readers cozied up on the couches and the sunlovers on the deck in the morning with their coffees. Everything was wonderful! There were 3 generations and we were celebrating a number of birthdays. Brenda from Munich, Germany Maria - when I made the reservations for this trip, I didn't know what to expect of the house but it beat my expectations by a mile. The location and spaciousness of the house were perfect! We were able to spend a lot of time in the house together since the cooking facilities, game room and theater gave us what we needed! The weather was fantastic. Try Kodi Rafting or Christy Sports for bike rentals. Breck Stables was great for horseback riding. Lynn - Colorado Namaste! love to our extended family! Gerald and Vicki.
