I must say i have rented out several vacation homes before and this owner has been the most accommodating to my group. It was an absolute pleasure to be at this beautiful home. I will definitely be coming back soon!!!

Our family stayed at Jeff's place for 10 nights and we had a great time. The house is lovely decorated and well maintained so it feels like a home away from home. We have 2 young children and the property is very kids-friendly. It is a short 2-minute walk to a lovely sandy beach although small but is very quiet. We enjoyed canoeing on the lake and hanging out on the beach. We also did a lot of day trips to the nearby themeparks- santa's village, storyland, hobo train, clark trading post, whale tale waterpark. All are within 0,5-1 hour drive distance. If it is raining, then hit the outlet! The house does not have internet, so it is good and bad. It would be nice if window AC can be installed in the upstair bedrooms (it does have a large AC downstair).

This house was a very pleasant place to stay. It is very well decorated and equipped, and does not have the feel of a rental unit, but rather someone's home. It was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very cooperative in seeing that we had what we needed. I would highly recommend this house as a rental.

What a fantastic time our family had at this wonderful home. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and enough space for all of us! The photos on the site do not do this property justice! The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots and pans we needed to cook! The owner Jeff was very accommodating and answered all my e-mails very quickly! We went tubing at Mt. Cranmore only minutes away! We cannot wait to rent again!

We had a great time on vacation, the house was clean, well decorated and very family friendly! We went swimming in the river down the street, we went to story land, we went shopping.. The only thing that was a draw back was no A/C and the weekend we went it was very hot. I would go back to the house in a minute, the price is very reasonable!
