This is a three-story duplex located on the North end of Carolina Beach.Each unit is approximately 2700 square feet, so there is alot of room for multiple families. The house is located across the street from the ocean with only one row of houses between you and the beach. The views are better than many oceanfront houses! A public walkway to the beach is almost directly across the street from the house, and this is not a busy street.
The views of the beach and the canal are breathtaking. Watch the sun rise and set from almost any room in the house. When looking at the photo of the house, the right side is the property listed. These are separate townhouses in the same building. Unit 2 has six covered porches with access from every floor to both the ocean view and the canal view. The first floor has a recreation room with an air hockey table and a Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa and TV with DVD/VCR.
There is also a separate bedroom with two twin beds, TV with DVD,private deck overlooking the sound, and a common bath between the rec room and the bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway. A Game table/bar area is located in the foyer and is a great pace to play board games or cards.
The middle floor has a great room with a gas fireplace, 30 inch High Definition TV/DVD with the Sports Network and HBO, a sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining room and bar, pantry and private deck overlooking the ocean. There is also a bedroom with a king bed, bath, and private deck overlooking the sound. The third floor has a master suite with a king bed, jacuzzi and shower bath and a large deck overlooking the ocean.
The Master Suite TV also has extended cable with HBO and the Sports Network. There is also another bedroom with two full beds, a private bath, a computer station with wireless internet access (no computer provided). This bedroom also has a deck overlooking the sound. There is also a separate sitting area in the hallway with a sleeper sofa, a great quiet area for reading or lounging.
The house has a private heated pool,large deck, grill, private elevator, and storage and parking underneath the house. Unit 1 has the same floor plan but a different setup.
This house was built for the enjoyment of our family and yours. We built it with nothing spared! Come and enjoy the beautiful brightly colored rooms and decor with absolutely breathtaking views of both the ocean and the canal. Sit on the front decks and see and hear the ocean roar. Watch the sun set against the sailboat silhouettes in the canal. It is an absolute dream!

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
We bought the original property as in investment. It was a ranch style house, seated on the ground, with a garage apartment. We rented the triplex out on yearly leases for approximately 7-8 years. We then saw the growth in Carolina Beach and decided to build our retirement townhouse. We built these two duplexes in 2004 with plans to sell Unit 1. When the real estate market started to dive, we decided to hold on to both townhouses and rent them out weekly. We have a strong rental history with many happy returning renters each year. We also enjoy our time in Unit 2 with our family and extended family.

We are one of the very few properties with a pool onsite. This property also has the most fabulous views. You can stand in almost any room in the house and have a panoramic view of the water. You can watch the sun rise over the ocean and set over the canal. We put our heart and soul into building this place, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Owner's Map of Carolina Beach
Avi and I have lived in the Wilmington area since 1991. Avi came to the area to open the first Wings store in Carolina Beach. We fell in love with the area and once settled in Wilmington, we began to buy properties in Carolina Beach. We loved the north end of the island because the beaches were beautiful and there was little traffic down Carolina Beach Avenue North. We vacation in Carolina Beach too and have lived here during the winters during various house renovations.

Kelly and Ari...what a restful and peaceful time we had at your fabulous home. Great getaway for large families and for those who simply want to enjoy the beach. Everything in your home was so very well appointed. We dined out, watched the sunrise and sunsets from the great decks..We even took the ferry to Southport which was just delightful. This property was all it was described as at the website and MORE ! It was in spotless condition and decorated so tastefully and felt like home.The owner responded graciously whenever we had questions or difficulties. This location and the views are amazing,you are at the beach ,but within miles of groceries, resturants,the aquarium. We really did not have to leave the property though ,because our family stayed in the pool ! We are all ready to return next year. Thank you Avi and Kelly for making our's a holiday to remember.

My family just use this property the last week in July 2011.. The best thing other than the house itself was having an outdoor shower and pool after several hours at the Beach.. Most Houses along this area and close to the beach do not have pools.. The House was quite nicely furnished and very comfortable. My family wants to go back next August for another vacation

Kelly, this is just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our week in your home at Carolina Beach. The house was perfect for our 3 generations. We all loved the kitchen, the balconies, the pool and well... just about everything. I wish my own kitchen was so well equipped. I was glad to meet Avi when he came so quickly to make sure the air conditioning was working. Our pregnant daughter-in-law considered him to be a "hero". It was so clear that you and he care for this home with great love and consideration for your guests. All in all there was something for everyone! Thanks for making such a lovely place available. There is already talk of "doing this again" next year.

This home is an excellent place to spend your family vacation. It has all the amenities you would ever need and Avi and Kelly are attentive to anything that may arise! We have stayed here for two years in a row and truly enjoyed a relaxing time. The pictures don't do this place justice - it's a gorgeous home. The ferry boat to Southport is only a few miles away and we'd highly recommend dining at Freddie's in Kure Beach. It's worth the wait! We hope to come back next year. We give it an A++++!

What an absolutely wonderful time we had with our family (15 of us) at your beaultiful beach house. Every day brought sunshine and blue skies although temperatures were a little hot!. The pool was an added bonus and the floating devices made for such fun for the grandkids. Everything was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Some of the grandkids had never been to the ocean before and thoroughly enjoyed looking for sea shells, boogie boarding, building in the sand, etc. Thanks for a memorable 50th wedding anniversary celebration!

This home was the perfect vacation for our family. The elevator made it much easier to move all of the stuff in and out of the home as there are a lot of stairs and has 3 levels. The home was comfortable and appeared to be new with all of the convenience of home. The beds were very comfortable not the usual hotel bed. This home had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beach was just a walk across the street. The pool was enjoyed by all and the perfect addition for us. We have 7 small grandchildren and as they napped the moms could sit by the pool. The amenities were plentiful and to numerous to name. We would without a doubt love to stay here again in the future. After searching for days on the internet and finding this home it was a wonderful choice. You will not be disappointed!

We rented both sides for our son's wedding in August '07. It was wonderful with plenty of room for our family and the elevator was wonderful for our elderly parents and disabled daughter. Avi and Kelly were wonderful hosts.

We rented both sides of the house and thoroughly enjoyed it. We heated the pool to go swimming and even had the opportunity to swim in the ocean (in late October!!). We will definitely rent the property again. The master suite bathrooms were fantastic. We loved the decor. Thanks you Kelly!
