Hello Deb, I apologize for the delay in my response as I'm just getting back from the vacation. We did have a pleasant stay at your home in Pinewood, it was very accomodating, thank you. I regret to inform you that during our visit a couple (2) of the small drinking glasses were broken. I am happy to reimburse you for the damaged glasses. Thank you Deb. I received notice from Paypal that the refund has been processed. Everything was great and we would certainly use the house again on our next visit. Only issue we had was the pool water not being up to snuff for the 1st couple of days (was murky and apparently the chemicals were quite a bit out of balance - the pool guy was very nice though). Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

Hi Deb! I just wanted to let you know that there are really no words to describe what a wonderful time we had in your home! From the pictures, I knew that it was a beautiful home, but I never imagined it to be so amazingly comfortable. Everything that we needed was at our disposal. The kids spend a whole day swimming while I took hundreds of pictures and my husband fished off of the dock. We were all so comfortable in the home that we didn't want to go anywhere on the 5th and 6th days there. My 9 year old son even decided that we should just stay there forever and not come back to Texas :) I would definitely recommend your villas to everyone that I know. I have had many people inquire on where we stayed and I will be forwarding the VRBO website to them and suggesting that they look into renting from you or Mary. Also, the location of the property was just perfect! Thank you so much for taking part in helping us to have such a wonderful vacation!!! Have a blessed day! Elva

Hi Deb, We very much enjoyed the stay at Pinewood, it is a lovely, comfortable and well tended. It is nice to know that you have a discount for returning guests, as it is likely we will use you in the future! I'll look for the paypal transaction from Mark shortly. The only true complaint we had was that the twin beds were quite hard (I can't personally attest to that, as I was in the wonderful master bed downstairs! ;) Poor kids...)
