  I stayed at this lovely home for 14 days with my family. The owners are very easy to deal with and respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner. Royce was fabulous and always responded to our needs very promptly. The location is quiet and peaceful after long days at Disney. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing. We could not have asked for a better place for a family gathering.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Your search is over. This house is spacious and relaxing with all the amenities of home. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to start the day and and large family room and TV was perfect for everyone to gather around in the evening. The house slept 11 very comfortably with one bed to spare. The master bedroom was especially large with two walk-in closets and a large bathroom. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had beds for two. The garage was filled with a fussball and pool table and a few bicycles, but the driveway was large enough to park two cars with additional space on the street. The neighborhood was very quiet and being at the back of the small subdivision meant little to no traffic. The Publix supermarket was just a little over two miles down the road along with a McDonalds and coffee/donut shop. Also, there was a Dollar store just a mile down the road in the other direction. The house is also conveniently located near the interstate (I-4) making traveling to Disney or Orlando a snap. Kissimmee (a larger city than Celebration) was only 15 mins down the road and has all major stores and restaurants. (Golden Corral's buffet is a favorite for the kids and always has good food and a good variety.) The owners were especially nice and very quick to reply. There were a few rules-of-the-house, but nothing out of the normal and nothing you wouldn't want done at your own home. For a rental property, it was well-maintained and the maintenance and repairman, Royce, was helpful and courteous. Definity some place we would consider returning to in the future if we returned with the entire family and friends.

  I'm giving this house a 5 star rating. It is a very clean and well maintained home and has every thing one need. It was a real pleasure to stay at this house. The owner was very helpful and provided answers to all my questions. The house itself was quite charming. Everything was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends. We had a fabulous time . The decor and location were fantastic. We are thinking of making it once again to Orlando and stay at the same place. Con: If the Owner has a bank account with BOA it will be easy to deposit Security & rental amounts for US based customers. Consider paying Security deposit back to customers by bill pay option from your US bank account to avoid International postage delays.

  We stayed at the 3 bedroom from 5/12 - 5/16 Pros -Pool is great -Neighborhood is quiet -King Bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be replaced Cons -Dining Room table was filthy. The placemats were covering up food and dirt. The rest of the house seemed well cleaned. -I know it says the dishwasher detergent is the responsibility of the guest, but it makes me wonder what the dishes were cleaned with before we arrived. If the last guest used detergent, you'd think they would leave the leftover detergent, as I would. I don't think providing a small amount of detergent is too much to ask. -Some of the towels were musty smelling. Again my fear was what, if anything, were they washed in prior to my arrival as no detergent is provided. We bought detergent and ended up washing everything before we used it. -Some nice beach towels for the pool would be a nice addition. Though there were a few annoyances, we still had a great time. You get an entire house with a great pool for less cost than staying at a nice hotel.

  Owner response: This review is for our 3 bed villa rather than the 6 bed which is featured in the listing. All feedback is much appreciated both good and bad to help us to maintain the high standards we aim to provide. We are sorry that whilst the rest of the house had been well cleaned the placemats in the dining room had not been washed and some spare towels were musty (put away slightly damp). New cleaners have been engaged at a higher cost and also given instructions to replace pillows regularly. I am very pleased that despite the issues the guests still managed to have a great time. The guests did email later to say they had found the beach towels during their stay. We do advise guests that consumables are not provided and to use the convenience store along the road or stop at the shopping complex at Champions Gate on the way. Whilst some guests will leave unused items others do take them when they leave.

  We had family in from Norway and were so happy to have this great home to go to in the evenings after a long day in the parks! The house looks just like the pictures and it was nice to have the garage full of games on the rainy days. I would recommend this house to anyone. It is about 20 minutes from any Disney park and there is a grocery store and food close by. The owners were great about answering all of my questions prior to my rental and being flexible about our dates. Would recommend this house!

  My family stayed for a short Disney trip in February 2011. Wow! The place is very large. Bedrooms were all good sizes. The beds were SUPER comfortable. Kids loved the pool - nice break during the day after the parks. It is a 15-18 minute drive from driveway to the parking lots of the parks - and an easy drive at that. Even over President's Day Weekend - a busy time in Disney - we faced no traffic at all. The garage/game room was a nice plus. Having experienced the villa, there is really no reason to return to a hotel room for Orlando. People asked if the nice photos on the web site are indicative of the place - and they are. You have the convenience of home (internet, full kitchen, tv with cable, nice bathrooms) within a really short drive to the parks. Two thumbs up - way up!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Hi Deb, we had a great time. The house was great! The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of the pool , as we were getting in very late from the parks at Disney . Maybe the next time!
