The Villa is an oceanfront home, directly overlooking the greens of holes number four and five of the famed Pete Dye, "Teeth of the Dog" golf course, in Casa de Campo, La Romana. The house plan is open and spacious, incorporating the golf course, outside garden vegetation and the ocean view from all the entertaining areas of the house and from three of its five bedrooms.

Its prime oceanfront location in the golf course is only equalled by its outstanding location in relation to the beach. Minitas Beach, Casa de Campo's exclusive private beach is only a four-minute walk from the Villa. Imagine, here you can enjoy a sunset sipping drinks in the veranda or relaxing in the Jacuzzi by the pool, and later walk to Minitas Beach to have a memorable dining experience at The Beach Club, by Le Cirque, the new restaurant there. On another evening, take the golf cart and drive to La Marina; enjoy the yachts and choose from among the several gourmet restaurants featured--it is only a ten-minute cart drive away.

The Villa has five bedrooms and five and a half baths. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master suite features a king-sized bed, walk in closet, cable TV, DVD player, private bath and a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. All other bedrooms are as spacious as the master bedroom, four have king-sized beds and one has two queen-sized beds. All five have walk-in closets, cable TV, and private bathrooms. There is also the option of an additional twin bed available for one of the bedrooms in case of small children wanting to share a room with the adults or also of equipping that bedroom with three twin beds for children or singles only. In addition, the downstairs bedroom may be converted into a study with a daybed and rollaway bed underneath for smaller parties needing less sleeping facilities or for parties prefering a bedroom with the option of a daytime study. Two of the bathrooms in the villa are handicapped accessible.

The villa was remodeled and redecorated for the season beginning in November 2008. A new master bedroom was added, a separate air-conditioned dining room -with table seating for up to fourteen- and a Home Theater Area with system 7.1, projector and 92 inch motorized screen have been incorporated. The pool deck was changed and expanded, and a new vestibule added at the entrance to the house. In addition, all of the furniture for the living room and dinning room is new, and all other entertaining areas were redecorated for the 2008-2009 winter season.

The villa comes fully staffed with a butler/chauffeur, one maid/cook and a waiter/gardener. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily at the request of the guests. Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included with the rental. Laundry and Ironing Services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional nominal charge for them to work later and stay overnight in the staff bedrooms of the Villa.

  • The house is at a four minute walk fromt the beach. Includes a Four passenger golf cart with the rental, 2 DVD players, 2-Car Covered Parking. Also a butler/chauffeur, a maid/cook and a gardener/waiter are included with the villa. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be prepared daily (renters supply food). There is a $35/day resort group fee (not per guest)for registering and providing access ID cards for each guest, which must be paid locally at Casa de Campo upon registering.

  • The Hoyo home is beautiful house and ideally located within the Casa De Campo complex. The house is situated on the golf course overlooking the ocean and within walking distance to the beach. The home is finely appointed, allows the outside to come in and captures all modern conveniences with the spirit of the country. The help is highly professional, extremely accommodating and considerate of your space and needs. Raul and his wife are available if needed to address any issues that may arise and will expeditiously address them with favorable results. Overall a great relaxing and comfortable experience for all. We highly recommend this home, staff and very warm/amiable owners.

  • Boy, did we have a wonderful time at your home in Casa de Campo! Both the house and location are just beautiful; and your staff is so sweet and anxious to please - we really enjoyed them. Efi, our nanny, was a tremendous help with the language barrier too. It seemed like she made some new friends. :) Thanks to you and Francesca as well for being attentive, and promptly returning our calls, inquiries, etc. So sorry we did not get to meet. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The other couples loved Casa - it was their first visit. We will definitely visit again - hopefully bringing my parents next time too. Who knows, maybe next year, same time(?)! We'll be in touch.

  • WOW, This place was just as Raul had described it and better. The view was incredible and the house was immaculate! The maid, cook and gardener were great!!! They were very professional and very nice. I have had two heart transplants and have a low immune system so cleanliness was a very important issue to me. The place was clean. Very clean! Raul was a pleasure to deal with and we had no surprises with hidden costs. He was upfront about everything and very honest and very eager to accomadate my family. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation or gettaway. I have been to the Dominican Republic about ten times and this is by far the best place that I have stayed.   • The most perfect honeymoon/golf vacation ever! 3/15-3/22/08 Gorgeous oceanfront right on the 4th fairway of Teeth of the Dog. The staff was super friendly and so extremely eager to meet all our needs, and they succeeded! Justina is a wonderful cook, much to our enjoyment and Freddy always made sure the jacuzzi was hot (2 hours to heat) when we needed it. We try to conserve energy when we can. The owners, Raul and his very lovely wife, Francesca, went way way out of their way to insure we had a fabulous stay and we did! They were most helpful before and during our trip. They are indeed the best of people. The house was immaculate (we both are neat freaks). Their was airconditioning in all the bedrooms and comfortable beds and linen. Lounging areas were plentiful. After a challenging day of golf we would jump in the pool to refresh ourselves and then sit in the jacazzi and enjoy the oceanview and sunset. After our evening meals we would walk along the beach just stpes from the backyard of the villa. We also enjoyed practicing chipping and putting on the extra green and sandtrap just steps from the backyard. We snorkeled around the coral reef surrounding the 5th green of Teeth of the Dog every morning, sighting a colorful array of fish. All this just steps from our backyard. Paradise at it's best. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone!
