Home interior includes master bedroom with king-size bed and small private bath. Two bedrooms downstairs have queen and full-size beds.MBR and one lower BR equiped with TV and DVD player.Nintendo Game Cube in lower BR as well.
Kitchen with new appliances looks into the family room with 45 inch TV. TV receives full cable package including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime etc. VCR/DVD player and stereo with CD player in family room as well.Large screened-in porch with seating area and dining table just off family room. Plenty of off street parking in front of house.
Doors to house use a keypad lock, the combination will be provided prior to arrival.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It is beautiful and exceptionally clean.. We kept our boat behind the canal which makes it easy to go fishing. The neighbor, Gregg, acts as a caretaker and is so friendly and helpful, just ask for anything and it appears like magic. The house is close to Marathon and Key West. We would return here and also would recommend this property to anyone.The owners of the property are easy to reach by phone, and always answered our questions quickly. The living quarters are upstairs, so you do have to be able to climb stairs.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

My family and I stayed here for a week in October 2011 and we were all so pleased with this house. The location was great, we especially enjoyed having the canal to dock our boat during our stay. The kitchen is quite modern and very well equipped. Everything you could ever need for making a nice meal was easy to find and use. The heated pool was absolutely wonderful and very well maintained, we used it everyday during our stay. Property is in a quiet community but still less than a 30 minute drive to Key West for those nights you wish to go out. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, a great choice for our 4-week winter vacation. Our granddaughters loved the pool and it was the perfect training ground for our 5-year-old's first reef snorkel. Keeping our boat at the dock enabled us to enjoy many fun water destinations including Looe Key & Picnic Island. The house is well located, close to essential shopping and both Key West & Marathon, yet still situated in a safe, relaxing & beautiful neighborhood.

If you're looking for a real Keys experience, this is the place for you. The house was beautiful, clean, and most of all comfortable. Canal snorkeling and boating access were excellent.
