This spacious home that we call the Overlook House offers amazing views of the mountains that surround the valley just north of Ouray, from its many large windows and private wrap-around deck, . This three-level home insures privacy for the three bedrooms and living space on each floor.
The living/dining room area has a fireplace that offers a cozy space to gather and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need to make a family dinner.
The Overlook House is located just a few miles north of downtown Ouray, just a short drive from shops, galleries, restaurants and the hot springs.
Ridgway is also close-by, with fishing, boating, and a shopping/restaurant district of its own, as well as an event center and fairgrounds.
