This home was exactly as advertised, right down to the placement of the furniture etc... We found the location to be extremely convienient. All major shopping within a short drive and easy access to Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel etc... The home was very comfortable and well equipped. Property is set up to take advantage of sunshine all day with pool and dock area. We did not lease a boat this year but this home is in perfect location for boaters with immediate river access, private dock and boat lift. We found Villa Malou to be well maintained and very clean.Mario and Grit, the Property Management was extremely helpful with any information we required and always with a quick response. Every week one fresh Bread from Grit`s German Bakery for free,was awesome.We can`t wait every week.Thanks again. The location is very near central Cape Coral with easy access to Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Myers with many great places to eat and shop! The lanai/patio/pool was just great - solar heated pool especially nice - very clean. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed extremely our stay and would go back and would definitely recommend to friends and family!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.
