The Villa is excellently located 1 km from Cannes, in a quiet residential area, close to amenities and local shops with easy and fast access to all essential Riviera Tourist attractions.

Tranquil villa at the cote d’azure

Very nice villa for a stay with the whole family. The younger ones enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The outdoor kitchen is great for grilling.

good value for the money

We stayed in the villa with our family. Everything was Ok.The property was clean en well maintained.We got many towels .And in the kitchen everything was good,even sharp knives .The property had plenty room outside to sit and enjoy the sun whole day with a lot of privacy. Although it was late in the season the swimmingpool was cleaned so we could use it.It was very chilly but nice to cool off.Close to the villa there is a busstop ,the bus brings you to the center of Cannes. I would strongly recommend this villa to other guest .5 bedrooms in the surroundings of Cannes for a fair price. Vera and Peter

Cracking place

The villa was fantastic. Lovely big ground area. Cracking swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. We stayed 8 adults and 4 children. Ian was a top guy in sorting us another cot. Supermarket was a 10 minute drive away.

un groupe d'amis retraités est venu à La Roquette sur Siagne pour découvrir le carnaval de Nice et la fête des citrons à Menton. Nous avons visité la région ,Pégomas Auribeau ,St Paul de Vence, Cap d'Antibes,Monaco ,Nice.. Région magnifique!!! Maison trés fonctionnelle ,propre et bien équipée pour 10 adultes;

Now we live in Oxford and have hectic working lives; Often we long for those warm winter days of the Cote d'Azur; but for the moment we're happy with our UK lifestyle; we see the French Riviera as our real home though; We miss the warm Winters the most; one day, we WILL return !!
