This quaint property is conveniently located on a beautiful canal which provides easy access to the beach and a short 20 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico (kayaks are provided with the house). There is a screened in pool and patio. A dock and dockhouse on the canal provides the perfect location to relax and watch the gorgeous Florida sunsets while dining. Restaurants and nightlife are aplenty in the neighborhood. Downtown Naples is a short drive to the south and the Miramar outlets are also a short drive north.
There are 2 separate units on the property. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (joined by a shower/bath room), combined living and dining room, kitchen and sun room. In the adjoining apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living/kitchen area. This is a perfect set-up for 2 families - or one large family.

Esplanade is a wonderful place to relax and recoup. It is centrally located on a canal. The house is beautifully furnished, you will find wonderful accessories in every room. It has enough space for a large family. The separate unit was very convenient for us. We are a family of 4 with two dogs and had Grandma and Uncle staying in the separate unit. We started each morning with a cup of coffee on the wonderful dock, the cabana was Grandmas preferred resting place for the afternoon. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beach can be reached by bike. For dog lovers: the dog beach is great and only 15 minutes by car! The owner is very friendly and was easy to reach and responded immediately to our questions. There is not enough space to mention all the details that made this family reunion unique for us. We highly recommend this little piece of paradise. What a wonderful place to stay! We spent 2 weeks in this lovely house and enjoyed the fabulous location on the canal. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and restaurants or supermarkets are close by. The house is equipped with everything one might need inside and outdoors (bikes, canoos, fishing poles...), not to forget the lovely decoration. The nicest beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car and the nearby Sate Parks offer really nice nature trails where we saw a lot of wildlife like birds and even manatees, dolphins and alligators. The homeowners are very friendly and responded to our questions right away.
