Santa Clara is everything that is promised and more.
"Santa Clara is a beautiful quiet home nestled in your very own paradise garden. The home is wonderfully decorated but still provides the comfort factor that one needs when traveling with children. Three bedrooms and three private baths gave us all room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and there is room to dine both inside and outside the house. We loved the pool and the covered cabana area. It gave shade from the sun but still allowed us to watch our son play in the water. Comfortable sunning chairs are around the patio and there is even a convenient outdoor restroom. The large TV in the living room gave access to quite a few channels but remember to bring DVDs if you cannot follow along in French The house is convenient to both Cupecoy and Marigold within a few minutes drive, and easily accessible to all areas of the islands as well. We frequented several restaurants in the area (Fig is wonderful) and also cooked a few meals in the kitchen when our young son was too tired to go out. We hope to return again to Santa Clara in the future. Thank you Greg & Lilly for everything."

"We have been visiting St. Martin on and off for over twenty years and this was by far the best place we ever stayed. The view is stunning. The outdoor space is the big draw here. We loved waking up in this little piece of heaven and having our coffee and breakfast and a having a swim. We loved lounging by the pool in the afternoons with a cocktail or a glass of wine. Being high up on a hill ensures a nice, constant breeze so it was never too hot. Each of the bedrooms also has very good, individually controllable air conditioning, so sleeping is comfortable for all. We didn't cook dinners there because being New York Foodies we love to explore all the island's restaurants. (By the way we discovered a brand new excellent restaurant that rivals any on Grand Case that is just a five minute drive away on Oyster Bay Pond called The Pavillion. Elaine the chef was amazing and personally attended to anything you could want.) However, you could cook at the villa if you want to because the kitchen is big and there is a big indoor and outdoor dining table. We didn't turn on a TV once the whole week we were there but they have a nice one if you need that. They have wifi, which is helpful since a lot of the island's cell connections are spotty. And you're in a gated community which makes you feel perfectly safe. The owners are exceptionally easy to deal with; available, in contact and very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'd say is that you definitely need a car here because you are up on the hill and not near a resort or restaurant, so no taxis are just hanging around waiting you. We rented a car and it was fine. We hope to return to this villa so I have no hesitation in giving it an excellent review and our recommendation."

"We had a great vacation on St. Maarteen ! We were 11 nights at this unit (2 adults - 2 kids 7-9). The beach is very nice, long, wide, no rocks and no seaweeds in front of the unit. The beach has no shade, so we liked the shade of the three seagrapes just in front of our unit. The unit is very convenient, directly to the beach. It is gated. The view from the living room and the master bedroom is spectacular ! The pool is right behind this unit. The unit has everything we needed. It is beautiful and clean. It is close to the airport, but most of the airplanes are really small. The sound last 3 seconds and they are not much airplanes (around 10 per day, sometimes less). We were in a big hotel the first part of our vacation on St-Marteen and trust me, it was more noisy (music band - movie night outside). Simpson Beach is long and they are not much people on the beach. The location is unbeatable !"

"We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute. The beach is great. You do need to walk a bit down to get a good sandy beach. The condo was great. Has everything you need (except you will need to buy more toilet paper, they only provide what is on the rolls, no extra rolls). Helpful hint, the bar next door is over priced and rude. Take the walk down the beach to Rainbow, the one with the red umbrellas where a bucket of beer is $15 and you can sit all day in their umbrellas, plus the beach is nicer down there. The food is great. Find the bakery where a baguette is $1."
