  • Better Than Being Home

"We stayed at this vacation location for several nights and it was just wonderful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and everything and anything you could need while away from home is provided. Dale and Jo are great host. Getting to know them was more like going home to see good friends than meeting someone for the first time. They allowed us to have as much or as little contact with them as we wanted. The views are amazing and it is so peaceful and quite there. When there, you can really see how Dale and Jo's would be an excellent location for seeing the Northern Lights in the winter. That is now on my bucket list and Dale and Jo's is the place I want to be to see them. When we arrived we had no idea as to what we might want to do, but after talking with the host for a few minutes we quickly made our list and were kept busy the entire time in Fairbanks. Thanks Dale and Jo for providing such a peaceful location for getting away from the race of every day life. We will see you again soon."

  • Great trip to Fairbanks

"Stayed at riverfront property for 6 days during our first visit to Alaska. The house was everything it was advertised to be: well equipped kitchen, great hot tub, lovely view of Chena River, beautiful artwork, even a washer/drier that really came in handy. Watching planes use the river as a runway right in front of us is something we will never forget. Owners were very responsive to our needs and questions. They even recommended unique experiences that made our Alaska trip very memorable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Fairbanks! Thank you Wally, Kathleen, and Dennis for providing such a wonderful venue for our Alaska experience."

  • Great stay

"We had a great stay in Fairbanks. It was so nice to come home to a home like setting each day. Every room was spacious and comfortably appointed. The kitchen was filled with many extras, the beds were very comfortable and the outside deck had a view of the slough behind the house. The location of the apartment was perfect in that it was close to easy access to roads we needed to take for sightseeing, shopping, the airport and the railway station."

  • QUALITY THROUGHOUT - A WONDERFUL PLACE

"My husband and I spent ten nights at this apartment and would definitely return! Located in a quiet, beautiful wooded setting, yet minutes from Fairbanks, this immaculate rental is exactly as described. But pictures can't show how comfortable the bed is - so please believe me, it's great! The open floor plan in the living area feels very spacious and the bonus space in the offfice is nice for spreading out and storing luggage. The kitchen is well equipped with quality pots and pans, everything clean. I especially enjoyed all the beautiful flowers, strolling around the garden and visiting the greenhouse. Owners Carol and Les could not be more attentive or helpful. They truly care about their guests. We are so thankful that we chose to stay here!"
