  • The perfect mountain get-away!

"I can't say enough good things about our stay in Georgetown. From the moment we expressed interest in the house, Tim was providing us with all sorts of information about things to do in the area and helpful tidbits. The house was so clean and the views were to die for. Although the house allows dogs, you'd never know it. It was spic-and-span and smelled like fresh mountain air. The welcome note, along with snacks and a water-stocked fridge to fend off altitude sickness, were so thoughtful! Plenty of room for the 6 adults that went, and could easily have held more. Thanks for everything, Tim! We'll definitely be staying with you again!"

  • OUR GEORGETOWN FAVORITE

"My wife and I, as well as our four adult kids spend 4-9 weeks a year in Georgetown on study sabbaticals. This house is our absolute favorite place and we have returned repeatedly for several reasons. First, it is by far the best combination of amenities, floor plan, location and convenience in Georgetown. It has it all…stainless steel appliances, modern furniture, 60 inch TV, two bathrooms, coffee maker, games, wireless internet, cable … did I mention the 60 inch flat screen? You just will not find another four bedroom (7 beds) place that feels more like a home than a vacation rental. Second, unlike many Georgetown properties, the owners are not “milking” the property. Every time I return I find updates like new paint, furniture, electronics and other upgrades. The owners are easy to work with and take pride in providing a great environment for their clients. Third, it is a short walking distance from everything that is cool in the historic district. The Clear Creek River is close enough to hear, the shops, restaurants and historic tours are all a short walk away. The town park and dog run are five minutes away. We walk almost everywhere and love it! Four, this house is surrounded by a ton of outdoor adventures. The Georgetown Train, Guanella Pass, Georgetown Lake, bike trails, old mines, a 140 year old wagon trail and much more are all accessed right there in town. My family has done almost everything twice and we still love it. Last, it has facilitated some of our family’s fondest memories. From family walks, summit hikes, the dinner train and Bronco games, my adult children look forward to our annual trip each year. No risk, surprises or chilly owners involved in this place. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed."

  • Awesome place!

"We rented this cottage with our daughters and it was perfect. The house layout was spacious with several rooms and the kitchen was very well equipped. The euro room with the leaded glass doors and fireplace was my favorite. We enjoyed the mountain décor and wonderfully placed antiques. I would re-rent this place when I return to CO. Highly recommend."

  • Perfect place for active people

"This is an unique cabin located in a very quiet place; perfect for everybody who loves outside activities. Hiking trails start just "from a cabin". Dogs are allowed on trails. Close to this town, other historical places are good to see. Although in the town, there are not too many attractions, its geographical location makes itself very attractive. Owner is pet friendly and cares about. his guests. I would recommend this cabin for parents with teenagers, pet owners and adventure seekers."
