  • Beats the Don Caesar

"On our first trip to Pass-a-Grille, we stayed at the Don Caesar Hotel and thought it was wonderful, but this was better. The house has tons of charm with its bright beach décor, comfortable beds and chairs, all the necessities a person could ask for in a rental as well as many extras just to make the stay even better--chilled wine waiting, fresh fruit, and other niceties. It's convenient to everything, very quiet at night since the restaurant next door is closed after lunch, and it was just the perfect place to relax, walk, sight see, sleep and read, and let the rest of the world go by. We'll go back for sure. And, yes our little Maltese highly recommends it as well. Thanks for a wonderful week at PAG for all of us."

  • Fabulous Stay in Pass-a-Grille

"This beach house which is set just across the street from the beach was absolutely wonderful! The location could not possibly be beaten anywhere. We swam every day in the usually calm Gulf waters (sometimes it was less peaceful and we enjoyed that, too). Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washer-dryer was great, too. We were six people, and we had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was a little cramped when we were all preparing something at the same time, but we learned to coordinate our timing! Patricia is totally wonderful to deal with, too. We are considering one of her smaller properties for just the two of us for our next trip to the area. Our family had a wonderful time in the Bell Bungalow and would most definitely recommend it for others traveling to the area! Plenty of restaurants close by, but we mainly cooked in the house when we were there so cannot really recommend restaurants."

  • quiet, clean, super convenient place to stay

"First of all, the property manager and owner are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location of the unit is great. Near everything you need in the area (shopping, stores, restaurants, gas) and a short walk to the beach. Nice and quiet. The condo was very clean (some light dust here and there), well stocked, roomy, comfy beds, well positioned with great views of the pool and bay from the screened porch. St Pete beach and nearby Siesta beach (about a 40 minute ride) were beautiful....very clean as was the neighborhood. Visited Busch Gardens (about a 30 to 45 minute ride) and Disney (about a 1:15 to 1:30 hour ride). Not far from the airport as well. We were very happy all around with the place. Perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples...."

  • Great vacation spot 😀

"Spent a week in at Vistas on the Gulf. Walking into the condo my husband & I both said "this is exactly what we are looking for". Very clean, well maintained & homey. Had everything we needed. Views were magnificent. Dolphin sightings every morning while having coffee on the balcony. We had a great vacation & will definitely be back."
