  • Lovely property, friendly owner and great location

"We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was clean and well stocked with lots of basics that came in very helpful. The owner, Chris, was wonderful - they live in the house in the front and were really friendly and helpful with any questions we had but it still felt very private. We were also welcome to use their beautiful garden to sit and relax and do some grilling - the garden is really a tranquil sanctuary and very relaxing. Good location too - The apartment is just a minute to the beach and there is a deli and a few restaurants right across the street. It is just a short walk or drive to 8th Ave for more restaurants and the local ice cream shop! Highly recommend staying here."

  • Beach heaven

"I can't wait to go back! This condo is impeccably CLEAN, CLASSY and so CONVENIENTLY located. We have spent time in Florida over the past 10 yrs and this is now my favorite place. The advantage of watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony is such a treat. If you like to prepare your own meals OR eat in, the kitchen is more than adequate and the grocery store is close, great deli ( La Casa del Pane) or bring in smoked fish from Ted Peters famous smoked fish) A sweet walk right on the beach in either direction also offers great choices of food too (Bongos beach bar & grill) . We enjoyed renting bikes both in St Pete and at Fort De Soto Park. It's an easy ride down the Blvd to Pass-a-Grille and protected bike trails over the bridges. A great way to see St Pete, the gorgeous island neighborhood and coming back to the Vistas feels like your coming home. The sunsets, white sands to walk and run and sounds of summer right outside your door is a gem. Vistas is equipped with a hot tub, pool.....everything is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE and QUIET. There is so much more to explore from here that we will definitely come back to stay. Next time, alot longer."
