Great place to relax!!
"We spent memorial day there and place was good. We used the grill out side which was very good. We spend some time fishing in the back patio ! lot of fish in there. Tikki bar was a bit dirty but overall i would definetly come back!! But if u have kids pay attention with the patio out back, theres no fence!! Looking foward to come back next time!!"

"This condo is outstanding. The location is halfway between Miami and Key West. It is clean, quiet and has a perfect view of the ocean. Every morning we counted 3-5 iguanas sunning on the bush below our balcony. We took advantage of the community tables under the café a couple evenings with a cocktail before going to dinner. Please visit the owner suggested restaurants....Moranda Bay Café for lunch, Marker 88 for dinner (we hit this place twice) and The Green Turtle is where we stopped for breakfast on our way down to Key West...All Fabulous. Only one small (weird) complaint...the air conditioner vent in the bed room blows on you square in the face. I hate to even complain about this because the cool condo is a Godsend after our hot sightseeing days! Thanks for the Super Great Time!"

"We were seven friends looking to take a break from the Minnesota winter while avoid the crowds of some parts of Florida. The house itself was set up perfectly for us with the four bedrooms, and the bathrooms were in really nice condition. The kitchen/dining/living area was good for late night cards, finishing a little work that we procrastinated on, and cooking/making sangria for everyone. The location was ideal, too. It's about a mile from a free beach that was quiet when we went during the week, and a short drive from a larger beach area. There is also a Winn Dixie only a few minutes away for when you forget to buy pizza sauce to make dinner.
The highlight of the house was definitely the back patio! There was ample room to lounge about and enjoy the outdoors! While some of my friends preferred to sleep in until 11 am, one of my favorite moments was putting the kayak in the water and paddling out to watch the sunrise from the ocean.
Altogether, I would highly recommend staying at this house. David is very nice, the property is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. If we can find a time next year that we all are free, we will try to go here first!"

"My husband and I rented this house for a month. Our family came and visited us at various times. The location is great for traveling from the airports. It is in a neighborhood and directly across the street from a park with a playground, basketball hoops and a small beach. Perfect for young kids. There was plenty of space for us all. We used all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We cooked in the well supplied kitchen and grilled in the very enjoyable yard with gazebo. The pool was the highlight, bigger than many small hotel pools. Crystal clear water and plenty of space. The grandkids wanted to swim morning, noon and night. And the adults enjoyed it plenty also. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and watching the sunrise. Plenty of towels, linens, pool and sand toys. We used the bikes on the plentiful bike paths. Todd was always reachable and responsive to any questions, very easy to work with. Plenty to do in the keys, we enjoyed the Dive Museum, Theatre of the Seas, John Pennekamp state park, biking 7 mile bridge, the local movie theatre in Tavernier, walking the neighborhood. We did not take the kayaks out but they were available. Come, enjoy, bring the kids!!"
