  • Great Family Place

"My husband and I rented this house for a month. Our family came and visited us at various times. The location is great for traveling from the airports. It is in a neighborhood and directly across the street from a park with a playground, basketball hoops and a small beach. Perfect for young kids. There was plenty of space for us all. We used all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We cooked in the well supplied kitchen and grilled in the very enjoyable yard with gazebo. The pool was the highlight, bigger than many small hotel pools. Crystal clear water and plenty of space. The grandkids wanted to swim morning, noon and night. And the adults enjoyed it plenty also. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and watching the sunrise. Plenty of towels, linens, pool and sand toys. We used the bikes on the plentiful bike paths. Todd was always reachable and responsive to any questions, very easy to work with. Plenty to do in the keys, we enjoyed the Dive Museum, Theatre of the Seas, John Pennekamp state park, biking 7 mile bridge, the local movie theatre in Tavernier, walking the neighborhood. We did not take the kayaks out but they were available. Come, enjoy, bring the kids!!"

  • Everything you'd want and more!

"As the other reviewers have said, this is a delightful place to stay with a very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, great showers and a perfect location to enjoy the area. We travel a lot and really appreciated how helpful and responsive the owners are. Migdy made sure that we had everything we needed (even a start-up supply of essentials like coffee, sugar, paper products, etc) and was genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay. The canal was a never ending source of entertainment. We had Manatees lounging during the day - one even came up to our dock! One day, we watched a fisherman who had just returned from an unsuccessful outing catch a huge Tarpon in the canal! They said it was 100 lbs. When we return to the Keys, this is the place we want to stay."

  • A Relaxing and Inviting Home

"My husband and I, and my sister and a friend, stayed here for the month of January. We enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to cook. The new couch in the living room was wonderful and comfortably seated all of us. The ability to use Netflix for movies and the great WIFI access was an added bonus. The location was great; between Key Largo and Islamorada, and a short walk to a small park that has a protected beach. There was a Winn Dixie less than 2 miles away. The house was easy to get around for my husband who uses a cane and my sister who was recovering from a broken foot. Gus was great to deal with."

  • Fantastic Getaway!

"We were seven friends looking to take a break from the Minnesota winter while avoid the crowds of some parts of Florida. The house itself was set up perfectly for us with the four bedrooms, and the bathrooms were in really nice condition. The kitchen/dining/living area was good for late night cards, finishing a little work that we procrastinated on, and cooking/making sangria for everyone. The location was ideal, too. It's about a mile from a free beach that was quiet when we went during the week, and a short drive from a larger beach area. There is also a Winn Dixie only a few minutes away for when you forget to buy pizza sauce to make dinner. The highlight of the house was definitely the back patio! There was ample room to lounge about and enjoy the outdoors! While some of my friends preferred to sleep in until 11 am, one of my favorite moments was putting the kayak in the water and paddling out to watch the sunrise from the ocean. Altogether, I would highly recommend staying at this house. David is very nice, the property is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. If we can find a time next year that we all are free, we will try to go here first!"
