Great place to relax!!
"We spent memorial day there and place was good. We used the grill out side which was very good. We spend some time fishing in the back patio ! lot of fish in there. Tikki bar was a bit dirty but overall i would definetly come back!! But if u have kids pay attention with the patio out back, theres no fence!! Looking foward to come back next time!!"

"Check-in was a breeze, thanks to complete info prior to arrival. The unit was exactly as pictured. Unit was well-equipped and may have exceeded our expectations for 1st time stay at this facility for 2 adult couples. A couple downsides..only DVR (not TV - which could have easily been ok with antenna) in one bedroom and definitely needed overhead or more lighting in living area. The view was amazing from our balcony - iguanas galore - beautiful sunrise and gorgeous sunset from private beach. Attractions, restaurants and restaurant delivery, grocers, and pharmacies all very close. We were there Christmas week - not the best time if you cannot live with slow/no go traffic - remember it's the Keys, no hurry - you will get there."

"My husband and I rented this house for a month. Our family came and visited us at various times. The location is great for traveling from the airports. It is in a neighborhood and directly across the street from a park with a playground, basketball hoops and a small beach. Perfect for young kids. There was plenty of space for us all. We used all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We cooked in the well supplied kitchen and grilled in the very enjoyable yard with gazebo. The pool was the highlight, bigger than many small hotel pools. Crystal clear water and plenty of space. The grandkids wanted to swim morning, noon and night. And the adults enjoyed it plenty also. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and watching the sunrise. Plenty of towels, linens, pool and sand toys. We used the bikes on the plentiful bike paths. Todd was always reachable and responsive to any questions, very easy to work with. Plenty to do in the keys, we enjoyed the Dive Museum, Theatre of the Seas, John Pennekamp state park, biking 7 mile bridge, the local movie theatre in Tavernier, walking the neighborhood. We did not take the kayaks out but they were available. Come, enjoy, bring the kids!!"

"Our family of 7 adults and 1 child had the pleasure of spending a week at this beautiful vacation home. The home is exceptionally clean and laid out perfectly providing privacy for everyone. We were greeted by Gloria's son Carlos who toured us through the home and property to make sure that all our needs were met, and we had the pleasure of meeting Gloria on the day we left to thank her for a very enjoyable stay. (Thanks to Carlos, and their community breast cancer awareness fundraiser, he even provided us with t-shirts which made for a great family photo) This home exceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt one of the best vacation homes we ever rented. The property and the home are absolutely gorgeous and well stocked with pool supplies, condiments, bait, life vests, etc. Our son enjoyed cruising the peninsula in the Kayaks, and the pool is probably one of the best we have ever used. Perfect for all ages!! We all enjoyed the Tiki hut and out door bathroom. Our grandson enjoyed exploring the peninsula and seeing all the many different sea life and animals that frequented the property everyday including hermit crabs, an Iguana and an Egret that visited us frequently. A true boating community with gorgeous views of the peninsula. Even though there is no need to ever leave the property, there is so much to see and do in the surrounding area. What a great place to visit. I can't count the times my husband asked me if we could please vacation here again. We hope that we will be able to return to this home in the near future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us."
